LuxWall is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to own channel-led demand generation, sales enablement, and product positioning across our channels, which span commercial glazing, aluminum window OEMs, and beyond. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and channel execution, with direct accountability for driving partner enablement and revenue outcomes through Value Added Resellers (VARs) and OEMs.
This leader will be responsible for ensuring LuxWall's products across glass-only retrofits, aluminum window systems, and other channels are clearly positioned, properly priced, and effectively activated through our partners to drive specification, quoting activity, and installed volume. The role is highly cross-functional and externally facing, working closely with Marketing, Channel Development, Sales, and R&D to translate technical innovation into repeatable, revenue-producing programs. Position Responsibilities:
Value-Added Reseller (VAR) Demand Generation and Sales Enablement
- Own channel-driven demand generation and sales enablement strategy in partnership with the VP of Channel Development, with direct accountability for partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue
- Develop and maintain scalable sales enablement and demand assets including partner toolkits, pitch decks, battlecards, application guides, calculator tools, case studies, and technical comparisons that support pipeline creation, conversion, and installed volume
- Support partner training, activation, and co-branding programs to ensure consistent positioning, commercial readiness, and execution across quoting, specification, value engineering, and installation
- Define, track, and optimize channel performance KPIs including pipeline creation, win rates, installed volume, and revenue contribution
Aluminum Commercial Window Channel Development
- Lead channel marketing strategy for aluminum commercial window systems, ensuring clear positioning within the LuxWall product offering to drive adoption and revenue growth
- Develop and execute go-to-market programs for shop-built aluminum window fabricators and OEMs including segmentation, messaging, application guidance, and partner enablement

Product Marketing Ownership

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or product management with significant experience in building materials, glazing, façade/building envelope, or construction products
- Proven success building and scaling channel marketing and sales enablement programs tied to measurable revenue outcomes
- Strong experience working with glaziers, window OEMs, or similar ecosystems across multi-step sales channels
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical products into clear, compelling commercial narratives
- Experience collaborating on pricing and commercial strategy preferred

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Scientist with deep experience in materials chemistry, rheology, and experimental research. You will lead scientific investigations, develop and optimize organic–inorganic formulations, and play a central role in advancing LuxWall's core technology from concept to scaled production.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands‐on experimentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and translating scientific discoveries into commercially viable products.
Position Responsibilities
- Lead research projects to advance the understanding and performance of organic–inorganic material systems, supporting LuxWall's product development and manufacturing efforts.
- Characterize and optimize rheological properties through formulation development, advanced testing, data interpretation, and iterative refinement.
- Develop formulations that achieve targeted flow, deformation, stability, and structural characteristics. Evaluate component contributions to final‐state performance.
- Apply rheology and materials science principles to ensure product consistency, reliability, and manufacturability. Collaborate cross‐functionally to refine specifications and improve processing methods.
- Define material, process, and equipment requirements; partner with production teams to establish best practices in handling, mixing, and application.
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments across lab‐scale, pilot‐line, and full‐scale manufacturing environments.
- Document research insights, support intellectual property generation, and contribute to internal technical reporting.
- Champion safety and adhere to all corporate policies and laboratory standards.
What You Bring
- BS/MS in Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline with 5+ years of R&D experience; OR PhD with 2+ years of experience.
- Hands‐on experience developing chemical formulations for electronics, coatings, adhesives, or related advanced materials.
- Strong command of statistical analysis, including DOE, SPC, and multivariate methods.
- Working knowledge of thixotropic and viscoelastic material behavior and methods for adjusting these properties.
- Proven success collaborating with cross‐functional R&D, scaling, and manufacturing teams from ideation to launch.
- Excellent scientific communication skills and experience preparing technical or scientific reports. [

The AR/VR Systems Engineer will lead the development of an advanced Augmented Reality (AR) situational‐awareness system for automotive applications. This role merges expertise across 3D rendering, computer vision, AR device geometry, and cloud‐based AR content delivery, supporting all tasks outlined in the SODW—including 3D representation evaluation, depth estimation, precise AR rendering, and connected AR experiences.
• Analyse AR HUD or wearable AR device optical geometry, field of view (FOV), and eye box constraints.
• Model human eye positions and develop 3D geometric alignment methods.
• Build calibration procedures and demos showcasing visibility boundaries.
3D AR Content Rendering Development
• Develop and optimize rendering pipelines using 3D representations such as Point Clouds, Meshes, 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS), and NeRF.

Connected AR Experience & Cloud Integration
• Develop a proof of concept Edge/Cloud service to respond with 3D AR content based on current vehicle context (GPS, camera).

System Integration & Technical Delivery
• Integrate cloud, perception, and rendering components into a unified AR system.
