Civil Project Engineer

Summary:

Seeking a Civil Project Engineer with 6+ years of experience to manage and design municipal infrastructure projects including roads, utilities, public facilities, and land development. The role involves acting as a primary point of contact for municipal clients, overseeing project execution, and ensuring delivery aligns with client expectations and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include engineering design, cost estimation, environmental and traffic analysis, and supporting construction and inspection activities. The position also requires attending public meetings, presenting reports, and contributing to infrastructure planning across urban, suburban, and rural environments, with flexibility for night meetings (additional compensation provided).

Job Requirements:

• Manage multiple municipal projects as a Project Manager, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Perform engineering design, analysis, and documentation using CAD and stormwater modeling tools.
• Attend public meetings (including night meetings) and present technical reports and project updates.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• 6+ years of relevant experience with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
