LHH is seeking for a client an on‑site Manufacturing Engineer in Trumbull County, OH.

This role is ideal for a self‑motivated engineer who thrives working independently and enjoys improving manufacturing processes in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Lead troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and update SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Support equipment upgrades, layouts, and workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement new technologies and drive operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related).
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Lean, problem‑solving tools, and process optimization.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• CAD Experience
