The Manager, Enterprise Programs & Platform Performance is a leadership role focused on developing high performance teams while driving enterprise programs and advancing platform capabilities that enable Global Security's mission worldwide. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Security Control Center (GSCC) Strategic Operations, this role leads a high-impact team including a Program Manager and Geospatial Specialists, while fostering an inclusive, high-trust culture aligned with The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) values. This role will coach, develop, and hold the team accountable—building capability and engagement to deliver exceptional results.

Beyond people leadership, this role serves as the enterprise subject matter expert for Travel Risk Management (TRM) and the platforms supporting Open-Source Intelligence / Social Media Research (OSINT/SMR) operations. As the TRM expert, this leader is responsible for evolving the enterprise TRM program into a global, Fortune 50 gold-standard capability supporting more than 150,000 travelers annually, partnering with enterprise travel leadership to align with ISO 31030 standards and ensuring Disney's global workforce is supported with best-in-class travel safety resources and response capabilities. The role also provides strategic direction for geospatial tools and OSINT/SMR platforms—defining desired outcomes and empowering the team to deliver technical solutions that drive reliability, automation, and actionable insights.

This position carries a global remit with primary focus on the Western Hemisphere and serves as part of the governance center for all TWDC Control Centers worldwide. The manager partners closely with GSCC operations leadership and teams across Global Security—including intelligence, investigations, security operations, and emergency preparedness and response—as well as enterprise travel leadership and studio segment partners to ensure readiness, response, and stakeholder confidence.

The GSCC operates 24/7/365, supporting emergency and non-emergency events, monitoring global affairs, managing incoming calls, dispatching resources, and providing event-driven global notifications. In emergencies, the GSCC coordinates enterprise assistance, delivers technical and advisory support for essential services, issues risk warnings, disseminates employee information, and serves as the central communication hub for Global Security.

• Partner with enterprise travel leadership to design and implement TRM frameworks, policies, and response protocols that ensure traveler safety across all global destinations.
• Guide strategy on platforms supporting OSINT/SMR operations; oversee selection, configuration, and optimization to enable global monitoring.
• Drive strategic direction and delivery of TRM and OSINT/SMR programs in partnership with GSCC leadership; define objectives, timelines, risks, and success measures.
• Oversee vendor lifecycle management through the Program Manager; ensure KPI tracking, accountability, and service quality.
• Align program outcomes to enterprise priorities; remove barriers and prepare leadership narratives.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Deliver clear, executive-ready communications on program status, platform performance, and strategic recommendations.
• Act as GSCC liaison to enterprise stakeholders; maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and feedback loops for continuous improvement.
• Represent TRM program strategy and performance to senior leadership, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders.

Operations Readiness & Incident Support

• Partner with GSCC operations leadership to maintain 24/7 readiness; support incident workflows and crisis communications.
• Contribute to procedures, drills, and after-action reviews with intelligence, investigations, and emergency response teams.
• Flex into operations support during high-tempo events to ensure timely updates and stakeholder confidence.

Platform Performance & Strategic Guidance

• Provide strategic guidance for GSCC platforms and data pipelines; drive reliability, scalability, and user experience improvements.
• Oversee geospatial tools and dashboards for situational awareness, asset tracking, and executive briefings; enable automation and integration with OSINT/SMR platforms.
• Ensure integrity and curation of geospatial and intelligence datasets powering real-time decision-making.
• Here are the skills you will need to have to be successful in the role…
• 5+ years of experience in security, with a minimum of 3 years in travel risk management, including demonstrated expertise in TRM program design, implementation, and operations at an enterprise scale.
• Minimum of 3 years directly leading and developing people, including multidisciplinary teams across varied experience levels.
• Subject matter expertise in TRM frameworks, standards (such as ISO 31030), and travel safety program management.
• Working knowledge of OSINT/SMR platforms and operational frameworks.

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The Ride Control Systems Engineer will report to the Executive Ride Control Systems Engineer.

The role of Ride Control Software Engineer Principal (Design Assurance) focuses on design, analysis, system safety, and verification across multiple projects, supporting project teams in critical engineering quality activities.

Responsibilities:

Conduct design assurance activities in standards and best practices development, partnering with ride engineering partners across Disney Experiences and the amusement ride industry.

• Serve as Mechanical Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Ride Engineering design review process to ensure that appropriate engineering/design standards, methods, analyses, and judgment are applied so the engineered products meet the design intent and the business imperatives of safety, reliability, and efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of Controls Experience
• Experienced in fail-safe and safety-related control system design
• Extensive knowledge of control processors, components, and communication networks
• Highly proficient in industrial control system installation, integration, and commissioning
• Solid understanding of communication protocols: TCP/IP, CAN, serial, ProfiNET, Ethernet/IP, EtherCAT
• Extensive knowledge of electrical design standards and codes, including UL508a and NEC
• Familiarity with amusement and automation industry standards, including ASTM F2291
• Expertise in motor and motion control methods and components
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally for 1-week to 3-year durations
• Ability to handle multiple complex efforts simultaneously, coordinate team efforts, and manage tasks and priorities

We are seeking a results-driven hands on Amazon operator to manage and grow our Amazon 1P (Vendor Central) and 3P (Seller Central, including FBA) business, with accountability for revenue and profitability performance.

This is a highly hands-on role with direct ownership of Vendor Central and Seller Central operations, partnering cross-functionally with internal Retail Media and Growth teams to align execution with broader business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the Amazon 1P and 3P business, with accountability for revenue growth and profitability targets.
• Execute and refine channel strategy across 1P and 3P, leveraging FBA as a key growth engine where appropriate
• Oversee day-to-day management of:
• Vendor Central and Seller Central operations
• Collaborate on FBA forecasting, replenishment planning, and inventory health management
• Catalog management and listing optimization
• Pricing and promotional strategy (including Prime Day, key events, and deal planning)
• Compliance with Amazon policies and performance metrics
• Partner with merchandising and creative teams to optimize assortment, content, and brand presence on Amazon.

• Provide ASIN-level priorities, promo calendar inputs, and margin guardrails to Retail Media; review performance and recommend where to scale, cut, and test.
• Own the day-to-day Amazon partner relationship (Vendor Manager/AVS, Seller Support): open/escalate cases, drive resolution on operational issues, and ensure we receive appropriate platform support
• Run weekly Amazon business reviews (traffic, CVR, buy box, in-stock, price competitiveness, contribution margin) and maintain a forward-looking risks/opportunities log (OOS risk, pricing issues, suppression risk, event readiness)
• Stay current on Amazon trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of e-commerce experience, with deep expertise in Amazon 1P and 3P channels.
• Hands-on experience with Vendor Central and Seller Central
• Strong understanding of FBA operations, inventory management, forecasting, and retail math.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and improve profitability within Amazon.
• Experience managing agency partners and holding them accountable to performance outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience owning replenishment/forecast workstreams and working with Ops/3PLs

Position Overview

As the Hospitality Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new revenue by engaging major hotel brands and hospitality groups across the United States and Canada. Success in this role requires an established, extensive network of hospitality industry decision-makers, particularly within large hotel chains and hospitality organizations. This existing network is a mandatory requirement for the position.

You will use your industry relationships, market knowledge, and understanding of hospitality needs to introduce and represent BluIP’s AI and communications solutions. A primary focus of the role is acquiring new business and expanding within multi-property hospitality groups.

This position reports directly to the VP of Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Leverage your hospitality network to build relationships with executives at major hotel chains and brands.
• Generate new business opportunities and consistently deliver against revenue targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with BluIP’s growth objectives.

Account Management

• Manage and grow relationships with key hospitality accounts in partnership with a Customer Success Manager (CSM).
• Serve as the trusted advisor and point of contact, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term retention.

Solution Selling

• Present and position BluIP’s AI and communications solutions to address client needs.
• Partner with internal teams to design tailored solutions for complex hospitality requirements.

Market Expertise

• Stay current on hospitality technology trends, challenges, and competitive dynamics.
• Provide feedback to leadership for product and strategy improvements.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of sales activity in the CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to support go-to-market initiatives.
• Deliver accurate forecasts and regular performance updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Established, proven hospitality network across major hotel chains and brands (required).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality technology, telecommunications, or related enterprise sales. This is a must!
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and decision-making processes.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Team player mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
