The IT Project Manager leads technology initiatives across Engineering, Quality, MES, Laboratory, and Specification Management domains. The role partners with business and IT stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, propose optimal solutions, and drive change. Using a hybrid delivery approach, the Project Manager ensures disciplined execution of scope, schedule, cost, risks, and communication while maintaining compliance, validation, and quality standards.
JOB DUTIES:
- Lead end‑to‑end project planning and delivery using hybrid methodologies (agile + waterfall).
- Drive requirement gathering, solution definition, and alignment with compliance, quality, and enterprise architecture.
- Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource plans using tools such as MS Project and Jira.
- Manage project financials including budgets, forecasts, actuals, and variance tracking, ensuring timely approvals and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to review scope, provide updates, manage expectations, and facilitate decision‑making.
- Coordinate testing, deployment, cutover, and stabilization activities for assigned technologies.

REQUIRMENTS:
- 10+ years of IT project management experience delivering technology initiatives in manufacturing or regulated environments
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with hybrid PM methodologies
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
- Experience managing project budgets and financial processes
- PMP, PMI‑ACP, or CSM certification (preferred)
- Experience with MES, LIMS, QMS, engineering design platforms, or specification systems (preferred)

As a Waterproofing Construction Estimator, you will be at the forefront of our project development process. Your meticulous attention to detail and thorough understanding of commercial construction practices will be instrumental in accurately assessing project costs, facilitating successful bidding processes, and ultimately contributing to the profitability and success of our projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure comprehensive pricing coverage and adherence to project requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Prior to beginning work become familiar with and review all bidding requirements in addition to the project documents.
- Review project type and requirements and select subcontractors and material suppliers from the master bidders’ lists that are appropriate for the project. Send out bid invitations via the latest bid invitation software and update the bidders’ list as required. Contact key subcontractors and vendors early in the process to ensure pricing coverage.
- Attend pre-bid meetings as required. Survey the situation to determine competition on the project. Review site logistics and access while on site.
- Prepare “take off” and check for completeness. Coordinate with 3rd party quantity take-off consultants when so utilized.
- Prepare pricing for all self-preformed work and adjust standard productivity in accordance with job requirements.
- Prepare estimate summary sheets, subcontractor/vendor comparisons, and bid sheets.
- Communicate with designers on contract document items not clearly shown on the bid documents. Document using RFI’s (Request for Information).
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of job experience in commercial construction highly preferred.
- Experience in Waterproofing Estimating.
- BS degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
- Thorough understanding of industry practices and standards.
- Strong foundation in database management (ex. Excel) and related industry software (ex. Bluebeam).

The ideal candidate will provide mechanical engineering leadership for projects as well as testing and installation support. The successful candidate will have substantial experience with automation, expert solid modeling design skills, project development experience and risk management skills. Responsibilities
- Conceptualizes and designs highly complex automatic machines, robotic cells and material handling systems, including development and checking of technical specifications, drawings and bills of material. Assignments require creativity, initiative and good engineering judgement.
- Manages the scope of work for mechanical design on projects, including planning, supervising and verifying the work of other engineers and designers to ensure effective performance of the work.
- Provides leadership and direction in technical risk evaluation, functional decomposition and interface management to design team. Provides technical expertise in automation and equipment engineering practices.

Job PurposeThe Additive Manufacturing (AM) Process Lead will drive the development, qualification, and continuous improvement of metal LPBF (Laser Powder Bed Fusion) processes for aero‑engine components.

Possesses the welding ability to certify to Aerospace Specifications for thin stainless, nickel based (Inconel), and other aerospace sheet metal.
