Your role at Clorox:
The Plant Engineer provides day-to-day engineering technical expertise to Operating Departments as needed. Leads the design and implementation of site-based capital and manufacturing improvement projects.
Participates in teams as an expert in the discipline and can work with guiding management oversight. Brief Summary
The Head of Business Operations owns the configuration, integrity, and scalability of the company's business operations systems, serving as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution reporting directly to the CEO/Co-Founder. This role is responsible for translating institutional knowledge into scalable business processes,
ensuring data integrity, and enabling the transition from ad-hoc decision making to data-driven workflows. This is a senior management role with individual-contributor responsibilities, broad cross-functional authority, and high executive visibility.
The Head of Business Operations will take a lead role in defining the data architecture, implementing process guardrails, and analyzing operational data to drive strategy. This person acts as the cross-functional orchestrator of the business operations system, collaborating with Sales, Production, and Leadership to extract & refine business logic and codify it into streamlined processes. Success in this role requires a strong backbone to enforce higher standards, and an analytical and systems-thinking mindset to visualize downstream effects.

Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements Engineering (Internal Product Owner)
● Conduct structured interviews with stakeholders (Sales, Production) to extract complex business logic, transforming qualitative requirements into workflow pipelines, binary system gates, and automation triggers.
● Treat internal tools as a "Product" and internal staff as "Users," conducting user research to ensure workflows are intuitive and reduce friction.
● Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment.

The Sanitation Supervisor is under the supervision of the Senior Quality Manager.
This position is responsible for implementing techniques, processes, and procedures at a plant level for the continuous improvement of the Master Sanitation system.
Work cross functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to ensure employee safety, consistency of cleaning, and cleanability of equipment.
Acts as the main point of contact for third party Pest Management, chemical suppliers, and external contractors for periodic specialized cleaning.

Qualification path
No previous professional experience is required to apply to this role, however, working on this project will require you to pass the basic requirements and go through a standard assessment process. This is a part-time long-term project and your work will be subject to our standard quality assurance checks during the term of this agreement.
Basic Requirements
- Full Professional Proficiency in Urdu and English language
- Being a resident in The United States or the last 2 consecutive years and having familiarity with current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs in India
- Ability to follow guidelines and conduct online research using search engines, online maps, and website information
- Flexibility to work across a diverse set of task types, including maps, news, audio tasks, and relevance
- Daily access to a broadband internet connection, computer, and relevant software
Assessment
In order to be hired into the program, you’ll take an open book qualification exam that will determine your suitability for the position and complete ID verification. Our team will provide you with guidelines and learning materials before your qualification exam. You will be required to complete the exam in a specific timeframe but at your convenience.
