This includes: generation of production protocols, process and quality improvement, production flow and standard work development, process definition, and documentation. This person will also ensure the assembly meets the performance criteria required by the customer.

This is a full-time position that will be based out of our Devens, MA office and will work closely with the operations, quality, and design engineering teams.

What we're looking for:

• Education:
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent degree with experience in technical writing.

The Systems Engineering, Integrated Systems Department is seeking a Systems Engineering Technical Lead for the NASAMS product line. This role requires strong technical expertise and engineering leadership skills to drive the design and development of world-class air and missile defense systems.

The Integrated Systems Department supports Raytheon by providing world-class weapon systems engineering. Domain expertise includes radar systems, effector systems, battle management, command and control, network design, battlespace integration, and interoperability for both domestic and international customers.

Qualifications You Must Have

The Quality Director is responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s quality management program, including inspection, testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement over 3 manufacturing sites. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires both strategic oversight and direct involvement in inspection and problem-solving activities on the production floor. The Quality Director ensures that products consistently meet customer requirements, internal standards, and applicable regulatory and industry certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Naval Power is seeking a highly motivated Production Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) for the SPY-6 Array production program's Array Build, Integration & Testing. This position reports to the SPY-6 Production Array Program Manager and leads the execution efforts of the recurring production sell-off. This lead will be responsible for ensuring that equipment delivery commitments are made on time and within budget, focusing on Array Build Integration & Testing, and RHS assembly builds, including Mechanical Structures & RMA Chassis material. They are responsible for removing barriers and defining solutions that support the Production IPT and program.

What You Will Do:

As an Control Account Manager, you'll be assigned to one or more LTAMDS programs and will be responsible for providing innovative and trusted solutions that optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Land and Air Defense products and services over their life cycle. As a Deployment Fielding and Sustainment (DFS) CAM, the successful candidate will support the DFS program Leads, LTAMDS Program Control Account Managers, and Program leads in the successful completion of monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs, reporting and analysis, monthly Budget Change Requests (BCRs), facilitate EAC and LRE inputs, and demonstrate the ability to perform meaningful analysis and effective communication to drive predictable results. Scope of work includes partnering with engineering and program leads for EVMS process inputs, EAC/LRE development, monthly variance reporting, and weekly analysis of cost and labor runs. The role focuses on driving cost control and schedule using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX management reporting tools. The candidate will be required to perform analyses and prepare reports to drive predictable cost and schedule. The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Surface Radars & Sensors Center is seeking a Chief Product Owner (CPO) to lead the overall vision, strategy, and coordination of the C5I business area operating within the organization's agile, multi-team environments. In this role, you will lead a team of product owners, align product goals with business strategy, and resolve dependencies, ensuring coordinated execution across the C5I programs scope.

What You Will Do

• Lead a matrixed engineering team, fostering collaboration across disciplines to meet program objectives and exceed customer expectations.
• Partner with the program leadership team to define and implement the "Definition of Done," ensuring quality and consistency throughout the product lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary interface with internal stakeholders, aligning technical execution with programmatic and business goals.
• Define, communicate, and implement the product vision and strategy to meet product line objectives.
• Oversee AGILE processes across SCRUM Teams, including Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scaled Daily Meetings, Tech Times, and Team Demos.
• Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog to ensure efficient execution of project goals.
• Support the program leadership team in providing innovative solutions to challenging problems for U.S. customers.
• Lead customer-facing demonstrations of the C5I system to potential new customers, contributing to the growth of the product line.
• This position is on site in Tewksbury, MA.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex engineering projects.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and/or on Agile development projects.
• Experience in overseeing and/or monitoring technical cost and schedule performance.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with software product development, networking, computing platforms, cybersecurity compliance (e.g., Link16, MIL-STD-6016).
• Six Sigma, CORE, Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Software Project Management Certification and/or PMX certification.
• Prior experience with the C5I product line or other DOD programs.
• Ability to understand command and control and/or radar technology in the areas of software design, integration and test.
• Proven experience in large, complex defense systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively drive a shared vision across stakeholders and teams.
• Strategic thinking with a deep understanding of business and customer needs.
• Proven ability to resolve dependencies, mitigate risks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in large, complex defense systems.
• Experience with AI tools and applications to Systems Engineering.
• Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and associated tools (i.e. Cameo).
