We are looking to hire for the position of Truck Driver at our New London, OH facility.
Responsibilities Operates flat-bed truck to transport and deliver large industrial equipment to and from designated locations.
Driver is responsible for rigging; loading and unloading truck.
May prepare shipping documents.
Driver is required to perform daily inspections as required by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
Maintains log book and other documents to comply with DOT regulations.
When not operating truck, the driver is required to perform mechanical assembly functions in support of the department.
May work in other departments when not driving a truck.
Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED; Class A Commercial Driver License Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience & possess a CDL in your state of residence Meet minimum eligibility requirements & ability to lift 50 pounds Primetals Technologies offers a full range of benefits starting with first day of employment.

Based upon our business growth, we are looking to hire for the Roll Welder position at our MSM – New London, OH! Classification and base pay rate will be dependent upon skillset and prior experience.
Responsibilities: Cleans and prepares surfaces to be welded Performs welding processes on steel rolls using welding metals and metal alloys under minimal supervision Works from written/verbal instructions Welds rolls according to engineering drawings and specifications under direct supervision May be required to perform light manual welding Other work may be assigned at Management’s discretion Education/Experience/Skills/Knowledge: High School or Equivalent Related experience, a plus Valid Driver’s License Crane/Forklift – In-house training provided to obtain certification Proper use of hand tools Proper use of Safety Equipment such as Safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves and ear plugs Primetals Technologies offers a full range of benefits starting with first day of employment.

Secondly, may be assigned tasks to support workflow in other areas of the organization.
Assembles component parts, sub-assemblies or completed units.
Includes electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical, structural products, instrument, air/hydraulic piping and plastic parts assembly.
Must be knowledgeable in machine assembly techniques to ensure proper fits, clearances, finishes, travels, limits, lubrications, preservations, etc.
Some background in hydraulic systems and operations preferred, mandrels experience a plus.
Uses hand tools, small power tools, precision measuring tools and other special equipment.
Receives detailed written and verbal instructions on all work.
Proficient at reading and interpreting blue prints and schematics.
Proficient at the use of micrometers and other precision measuring tools.
Use of heavy lifting equipment, cranes and forklifts.
Lift rigging required.
Other work may be assigned at Management’s direction.
