Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to work independently, meet with line of business and ask questions to gain an understanding of their requirements. Critical thinking skills would then take those requirements and break them down into the lowest level what so that functional design can be completed.
• Ability to collaborate with team members that are more technical and communicate those requirements in a way that allows the tech team members to understand them and determine the proper technical design.
• Ability to create clear and complete Test Acceptance criteria and execute the testing to ensure accurate output during Unit and UAT.
• Capable of creating and executing SQL scripts for ETL/data testing.
• Conduct research and Development based on current trends and technologies related to the banking industry, data engineering and architecture, data security, and related topics.
• Provide Support and troubleshooting for data platforms.
• Plan and work on internal projects as needed, including legacy system replacement, Monitoring and analytics improvements, tool Development, and technical documentation.

Senior Manager, Operations

What You’ll Do:

Relate Search has partnered with a leading manufacturer on the north side of Cincinnati to identify a Senior Manager of Operations to lead a large, complex manufacturing site undergoing operational transformation.

This is a true turnaround opportunity. The organization is investing in leadership, operational excellence, and foundational process discipline to restore performance across safety, quality, throughput, and cost. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this role will build the systems, structure, and accountability needed to stabilize and scale operations.

You will lead a ~400-employee flagship facility that drives the majority of company revenue, while also providing oversight to a smaller, stable plant in another region. This role offers significant executive visibility, autonomy, and clear succession potential.

Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

• Lead all manufacturing operations across a large, multi-line building materials facility.

• Oversee plant leadership including multiple department managers and a second-site plant leader.

• Establish clear accountability, performance expectations, and leadership structure.

• Drive disciplined daily, weekly, and monthly KPI management.

Safety & Culture

• Build and sustain a zero-injury, safety-first culture.

Qualifications:

Position Overview

The Axel Group is seeking a detail-oriented, technically strong BIM Technician / BIM Coordinator with hands-on experience in Revit, Navisworks, drafting, and model coordination to support the development of fully coordinated shop drawing and BIM packages.

This role will work closely with the project management team to create, update, and manage models used for coordination, engineering, and submittal purposes. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects are critical. This person should be confident in BIM modeling, clash detection, drafting, Revit family creation, and coordinating with both internal teams and third-party engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver fully coordinated shop drawing packages in partnership with the project management team.
• Create, modify, and maintain BIM models to support project coordination, drafting, and design efforts.
• Perform BIM modeling, clash detection, drafting, and design using Revit and Navisworks.
• Manage and coordinate Revit models across multiple active projects to ensure consistency, quality, and constructability.
• Create, modify, and update Revit families as needed to support project-specific requirements.
• Attend project-related coordination meetings and contribute to model review, issue resolution, and design alignment.
• Work closely with internal managers and team members to establish and maintain drafting standards, workflows, and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience using Revit in a drafting, BIM, or coordination capacity.
• Strong working knowledge of Navisworks and Revit, including modeling, clash detection, and coordination workflows.
• Experience with 3D model quantity extraction and 4D scheduling using Navisworks.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, details, and specifications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Revit, and related drafting/BIM tools.
