Role Description

The Plumbing Engineer will provide engineering design, evaluation and planning of plumbing systems. The Engineer will have the opportunity to work on projects in a variety of market sectors, with primary focus on residential and commercial. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative and committed to delivering high-quality work and excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Develop systems design calculations and selection of equipment for multifamily and commercial projects
• Develop plumbing construction documents using Revit MEP
• Build and coordinate plumbing BIM models as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Set up and manage Revit MEP projects using company templates
• Create, modify, and maintain Revit MEP families
• Manage project files including posting models, coordinating updates, managing links, and maintaining version control
• Be responsible for code compliance research
• Participate in coordination meetings with internal teams and external project partners
• Prepare and generate reports as required

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of plumbing design experience in multifamily and commercial building projects
• PE or ability to obtain a PE is considered a plus
• LEED certification or experience is considered a plus
• Strong understanding of plumbing design principles and industry standards
• Experience developing and managing Revit MEP models
• Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Revit, Autocad and MS Office
• Knowledge of codes, standards and design guidelines

Architects and builds the infrastructure and tooling that powers AI agent development across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Key Responsibilities

AI Agent Development & Automation:

• Develop production-grade AI agents that eliminate manual handoffs across the SDLC

• Create custom integrations and CLI tools that give agents deep understanding of internal systems and codebases

• Design comprehensive testing strategies to ensure agent reliability and output quality

• Implement \"Golden Path\" scaffolding that embeds organizational standards into new projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5-7+ years of software engineering experience building production systems

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a high-performing Platform Engineering team responsible for building and scaling a secure, multi-cloud infrastructure. This role will focus on Kubernetes (AKS & GKE), CI/CD automation, and Internal Developer Platform (IDP) enablement to improve developer experience and system reliability.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud-native technologies, distributed systems, and observability, with a strong focus on automation, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage multi-cloud Kubernetes platforms (Azure AKS & GKE) with a focus on scalability, security, and cost optimization
• Develop and enhance an Internal Developer Platform using Backstage, enabling self-service capabilities and standardized development workflows
