The Maintenance Technician (RT) is a technical wage position that plans, organizes, directs, and performs electronic/electrical and mechanical maintenance to maximize production while assuring product quality standards are met at the assigned facility. These positions require working rotating shifts in a 24 hour manufacturing operation.

- Starting salary $34.28/Hr. with a shift premium of $2.00/Hr. when assigned to a rotating crew

MISSION:

* To maintain and troubleshoot the equipment on his/her area (mechanical, electrical and automation ) by applying Maintenance best Practices.
* To continually improve the quality of Maintenance and contribute to optimum Machine Availability.

Qualifications:

Associates Degree in EET, MET, Mechatronics, or similar curriculum OR 3 to 5 years experience in Industrial Maintenance OR Military Experience in a maintenance discipline.

Responsibilities:
- Follows all Safety rules and regulations for a safe work environment

-Coordinates and participates in PMs

-Establishes machine repair priorities.

-Inputs and manages data for the maintenance management database

-Understands and troubleshoots machinery in assigned areas of the Manufacturing process.

-Interfaces with all related functions (ie. Production, Quality, Engineering, Support).

-Performs Lockout/Tagout procedures whenever working on equipment.

-Responsible for timely technical progression to achieve job level expectations.

-Appreciates the impact of his/her maintenance repairs on quality, uniformity, and productivity.

-Performs repairs and/or PMs knowing that they have a direct bearing on tire uniformity and quality.

-Performs assigned duties assigned by supervisor.

Senior Project Manager

Location: Social Circle, Georgia

Compensation: $125K+ (DOE) + Bonus

Reports to: President

Your Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of complex MEP construction projects from pre-construction through final closeout. You’ll lead large industrial and manufacturing projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive successful project delivery across cost, schedule, safety, and quality goals. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on accountability, enjoys solving complex construction challenges, and takes pride in delivering high-quality projects while building strong relationships with owners, contractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex MEP construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring delivery on schedule, budget, safety, and quality goals.
• Establish project vision, priorities, and execution strategy while coordinating superintendents, project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Manage project risk and contracts, including subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, insurance, and bonding.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, track critical paths, and coordinate materials and field resources.
• Maintain full financial ownership of projects including cost projections, pay applications, billing, vendor payments, and change management.
• Build strong relationships with GCs, architects/engineers, owners, and project partners to ensure project success.
• Lead, mentor, and support project teams while resolving issues and maintaining clear communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing complex MEP construction projects for large industrial or manufacturing facilities.
• Experience leading $20M–$100M+ projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, change management, insurance, bonding, and project risk management.
• Experience developing and managing project schedules and critical path coordination.
• Strong financial management skills including cost control, forecasting, invoicing, and vendor payments.
• Proven ability to build relationships with GCs, architects/engineers, owners, and internal teams.
• Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring teams and resolving project challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

We are looking for an experienced leader in experimentation methodology to join our core Applied ML team. The Applied AI and Machine Learning team handles large-scale data to support many business areas. We develop a cohesive navigation experience across channels and web pages. Our goal is to simplify and improve the shopping experience for everyday entrepreneurs worldwide, helping them quickly find what they need on our website.

In this leadership role, you will enhance the strategic direction of our experimentation methodology efforts. You will use simulations and reinforcement learning, ensuring consistency with business objectives, and supporting cross-functional teams in data-informed experimentation solutions. You will guide teams working at the intersection of large-scale foundation models, multi-agent systems, and RL-based optimization, encouraging a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.

What you'll get to do...

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for AI driven experimentation methodology, aligning initiatives with organizational goals and business impact
• Supervise and mentor teams of scientists and engineers, providing technical guidance and career development
• Promote meticulous experimentation, including the development of simulation environments and robust evaluation frameworks using machine learning and RL
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate research outcomes into scalable, production-ready experimentation solutions
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and cultivate a collaborative, innovative environment across the Applied ML team and broader organization

Your experience should include...

• 3+ years of professional experience managing and leading high-performing teams, including mentoring and coaching team member to achieve organizational goals
• 5+ years of professional experience in experimentation methodology, Reinforcement Learning, and software development 
• 2 + years of professional with experimentation platforms, data pipelines, and analytical tools to guide methodological rigor
• A deep understanding of statistical principles, causal inference, and experimental design for large-scale digital products
• A track record of partnering effectively with experimentation platform teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making
• 5+ years of professional experience translating complex statistical concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• The ability to define and implement a vision for experimentation best practices across diverse product areas

You might also have...

• Master's in computer science or equivalent quantitative fields
