Job Description
We are seeking a forward-thinking and strategic leader for the position of Head of Business Development (HoBD). This critical role is responsible for driving strategic growth, shaping product‑aligned market opportunities, and providing oversight across partnerships, commercialization initiatives, and cross‑functional execution. Responsibilities and Duties
Strategic Leadership & Oversight
- Define, implement, and oversee the company’s business development strategy aligned with product roadmaps and long-term corporate objectives.

Education / Experience
- 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or product strategy within a product‑centric or technology‑driven environment.
- Proven track record overseeing cross‑functional initiatives, strategic partnerships, or product commercialization programs.
- Hands-on product management experience (roadmap, prioritization, discovery, requirements or GTM – able to speak both commercial and product languages).
- Strong analytic skills – experience with KPI’s, unit economics, pricing experiments, and data-driven decision making. Comfortable with analytics tools (e.g., SQL, product analytics, CRM).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills: experience working with leadership‑level partners/customers.

Responsibilities
- Evaluates project work for interim and final payment.
- Identifies opportunities for extension of time and money claims and creates and quantifies the requests.

Perform electrical engineering functions involving the layout, building, testing, troubleshooting, repairing and modification of electronic or electro-mechanical devices, assemblies, subsystems, and systems.
Perform analysis on production data, to determine root cause analysis of failures.
Be involved in planning and executing rework of production assemblies.
