**PA LICENSE (NJ LICENSE WOULD BE A HUGE PLUS)
** Survey Operations Leadership: Supervise and manage survey crew operations, ensuring all aspects of land surveying are conducted efficiently and accurately.

Project Management: Oversee various types of surveys, including ALTA/NSPS land title, topographic, boundary, and utility corridor surveys.

Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures, maintain organized project documentation, and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Technical Expertise: Utilize advanced tools such as Trimble, Leica GPS, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D for precise and efficient surveying.

Business Development: Write survey proposals, engage in business development activities, and contribute to the growth of the company.
