:The Engineering Business Lead is responsible for auditing and tracking all System Engineering expenses and construction projects. Responsible for reporting on start-ups and completions of construction projects. Other duties include but are not limited to issuing the Purchase Orders for engineering services and construction contracts include fixed asset coding according to accepted accounting life cycles, tracking all related billing, and grouping per project for Construction Budget Reporting. Also responsible for all Engineering Expense Budget Reporting each month and for year-end. Also responsible for leading office staff, assigning tasks and coordinating processes for reporting work and budget progress.

Education:

Preferred: Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Construction Management, or a related field

Experience:

Required: 3 years of accounting or related experiencePreferred: Previous experience in Fixed Asset and/or Construction Accounting

Skills:

Advanced Knowledge in Microsoft Office and other software operating systemsProficient in Budgeting and other Accounting applicationsExcellent communication skills and ability to prioritize daily task in a fast paced work environmentExcellent people skills and ability to communicate effectively

Licensure/Certification:

Description

:The Maintenance Mechanic IV is responsible for advanced maintenance related to HVAC and mechanical systems, electrical and plumbing, and safety inspections. The Mechanic IV is responsible for training newly hired Maintenance Mechanics and serves as a Lead among the mechanical staff. Performs preventative, corrective, and routine maintenance of facilities, buildings, and equipment. Responds to work requests timely and professionally and completes work assignments. This position is responsible for the installation and replacement of various maintenance related equipment and structures. The Maintenance Mechanic IV may be required to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary and approved by the Supervisor.Education: ▪ Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent ▪ Preferred: Trade School in the mechanical fields
Experience: ▪ Required: 5+ years of experience in maintenance/mechanical in a multi-level/commercial facility with at least two of those years in a healthcare facility.
Skills: ▪ Strong leadership skills. ▪ Advanced communication skills. ▪ Ability to prioritize workload. ▪ Advanced skills necessary to find solutions to equipment malfunctions and initiate necessary repairs. ▪ Advanced skills to read and interpret blueprints and schematics for repairs to building equipment and structure. ▪ Advanced knowledge of the safe operation of all tools used in the performance of duties. ▪ Advanced knowledge of regulatory requirements governing fire alarm systems, HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems and building repairs. ▪ Demonstrates proficient technical skills for the repair and general maintenance of facilities in the following areas: • Interior Finishes • Millwork adjustments and hardware • Doors, frames, and door hardware • Plumbing and fixtures • Electrical wiring, devices, lighting and motors • Heating, ventilation and air conditioning, and cooling towers • Steam and boilers • Pressure vessels and associated equipment • Generators • Medical gas and vacuum • Refrigeration units and ice machines • Air compressors and refrigerated air dryers • Air handlers, fans, and heat wheels • Chilled water and condenser pumps • Hanging mirrors, pictures, documents and decorative items • Furniture repair and refinish
Licensure/Certification/Registration ▪ Required: Active Driver's License ▪ Required: STI Fire Stop Certified must be obtained within 1 year of hire (provided by Cox yearly if not already certified) ▪ Preferred: Some form of MEP Certification from an accredited trade school. Such as Vatterott College and Ozarks Technical Community College ▪ Preferred: Operation of a fork-lift
