Job Details As a Process Engineer, you will: Design, implement, and optimize refinery processes and equipment for safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
Analyze unit performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and technical teams to develop engineering solutions and support process validation.
Participate in risk analysis, incident investigations, and process hazard reviews.
Support project development, turnaround planning, and the management of catalysts and chemicals.
Optimize operations to maximize economic benefit and control costs.
Serve as a technical resource and champion safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Requirements: 3+ years engineering experience in energy; 5+ years preferred in oil & gas Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering Ability to work safely near high-pressure, high-temperature, and high-speed equipment Willingness to travel up to 5% and work extended hours as needed Compensation: $124,200 – $151,800 base salary Interested in hearing more?
