• Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and how it integrates within the overall technology landscape to deliver scalable, reliable and resilient applications.

Mandatory Skills Description:

Job Title: Event Manager V (Experiential Producer)

Location: Burlingame, CA or New York, NY (Hybrid – minimum 3 days onsite)

We are looking for a highly skilled Event Manager / Experiential Producer to lead, execute, and scale world‑class product demonstrations and experiential activations for major industry, consumer, cultural, and partner events.

This role sits within a global experiential marketing organization responsible for bringing emerging technologies, hardware, and software to life through immersive product experiences. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, engineering, creative, and agency partners to deliver integrated demos that connect consumers, creators, partners, and enterprise audiences with innovative technology.

You’ll work across high‑visibility stages from major cultural moments (sports, fashion, entertainment) to large‑scale industry events and proprietary conferences.

Ideal background:

The estimated base salary range for this job is $165,000 - $200,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Innosight reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Innosight's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Innosight's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $206,250 - $250,000. About the Role

The General Counsel is the head of Syncarpha Capital’s legal department and is responsible for all legal affairs of the company, including, but not limited to, transactional, governance, and compliance matters. This role involves providing legal counsel to all departments within the organization. In managing the legal department, the General Counsel will have direct reports and will report to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Syncarpha’s legal risk and cost across all aspects of our business - development, construction and permanent financing, tax equity investment/sale of Investment Tax Credits, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), asset management, human resources, and compliance - while executing our business strategy.
• Develop, implement, and manage Syncarpha’s compliance program.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and close contracts, including:
• Real estate: lease and purchase options and closings, title insurance policies, etc.
• Project finance documentation
• Entity formation and tax equity investment
• EPC: turnkey EPC, equipment procurement, engineering services, etc.
• Wide array of supporting services agreements to our business: engineering, general consulting, framework agreements, etc.
• Provide strategic insight and guidance to Senior Management team.
• Grow and manage Syncarpha’s legal department.
• Implement and manage Syncarpha’s standard contract language into our contracts in high-risk areas of: human rights, business integrity, etc.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an American Bar Association accredited law school
