What You Will Do:

• Responsible for Printed Circuit Board (PCB) designs from conception to manufacturing

• Creation of the PCB, Circuit Card Assembly (CCA), and Schematic drawings for suppliers

• Schematic Capture, Component Placement, Routing of Traces, Gerber/ODB++ file creation

• Utilize software such as Siemens: Xpedition Enterprise and DownStream Technologies: BluePrint-PCB

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience to include any combination of the following:

  • Experience with PCB manufacturing or CCA manufacturing principles that affect circuitry and component layout with RF specific layout techniques

  • Experience with the electrical design process including RF layout

  • Experience with laying out Rigid, Flex, or Rigid-Flex boards

  • Experience with multi-layer board design

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Working knowledge of Analog, Digital including DDR, specific experience with RF, Power, and mixed technology, including multi-layer designs with High Density Interconnect (HDI) technology

• Technical PCB design skills using the Siemens design toolset including, but not limited to the Xpedition Layout tool suite with working knowledge of schematic capture, placement, routing, use of the auto-router, constraint manager, and library tools, and use of BluePrint to create complex PCB and CCA drawings, Altium is not used, but transfers over well to the Siemens toolset

• Export manufacturing data in both Gerber and ODB++ formats

• Use of Valor NPI, Design for Manufacturing rule sets, other Design Rule Checking software

• Able to understand and interpret drawings as they relate to PCB’s and CCA’s

• Familiarity with IPC 6012 & IPC 6013

• Working knowledge of military and commercial design standards, GD&T techniques, and overall producibility considerations related to electronic packaging

• Knowledge of RF circuitry and key care abouts when it come to laying out the board along with filter knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients seeking technology staffing or remote engineering teams

• Generate opportunities for contract staffing, staff augmentation, and distributed engineering teams

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of staffing opportunities

• Collaborate with delivery and recruitment teams in India to fulfill client requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years’ experience in IT staffing business development or recruitment sales

• Proven track record of generating staffing opportunities and closing new clients

• Strong network within technology companies, startups, or enterprise organizations

• Experience selling staff augmentation or contract staffing services

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Preferred Experience:

• Experience selling offshore technology talent or remote engineering teams

• Exposure to hiring in AI, data engineering, cloud, or software development domains

• Understanding of distributed workforce and remote hiring models

Success Metrics:

Success in this role will be measured by:

• New client acquisitions

• Remote staffing requirements generated

• Revenue from staffing engagements

• Successful onboarding of consultants

• Client retention and satisfaction

Performance expectation:

Minimum 4 Contract placements per month

Compensation:

USD 1500 Payable on Every AI/ Technology Contractor Successful onboarding ( Minimum 5 Onboards Expected Every Month )

6% of gross margin for the first 6 months of each engagement

Job Description

A global industrial engineering organization is seeking a Controls Design Engineer to join its team in San Diego. This role focuses on designing and modernizing control systems for turbine and driven‑equipment packages, including PLC/HMI software development and the creation or revision of electrical schematics.

The engineer will work within a project team of approximately 25 members, supporting a diverse portfolio of retrofit and upgrade initiatives. These projects range from targeted subsystem improvements to full equipment refurbishments. The position collaborates closely with engineering, fabrication, assembly, logistics, and field installation teams to ensure solutions meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and cost effectiveness.

This opportunity is well‑suited for an engineer who enjoys control system modernization, complex technical challenges, and involvement across the full project lifecycle.
