Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of world-class automated warehouse systems—critical infrastructure at the heart of our supply chain transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute maintenance plans, budget forecasts, and staffing strategies to ensure stable equipment operation.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Perform all work adhering to OSHA and H&K Safety policies
  • Reads job order and observes and listens to truck or equipment in operation to determine malfunction and to plan work procedures.
  • Installs new ignition systems, aligns front wheels, changes, or recharges batteries, and replaces transmissions, engines, and other parts.
  • Replace engines
  • Examines protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices on trucks and equipment, and adjusts

  • Fabricates special lifting or towing attachments, hydraulic systems, shields, or other devices according to schematic drawings

Qualifications

Required Skills, Education, and Experience
