Research Engineer – Applied Machine Learning

Responsibilities:

• Prototype and optimize algorithms in computer vision and machine learning.

Requirements:

• Plan, assign, and direct work in the laboratory. Serve as liaison with other areas as needed.
• Mentor and support direct reports in their responsibilities and functions. Identify and implement training programs as necessary to ensure they receive training in supervisory skill development.
• Define, coordinate, and monitor quality assurance programs and supervise activities of the department Quality Coordinator/Representative. Ensure quality control and compliance procedures are followed and QC reports are up to date. Oversee plans and preparations for inspections.

Controls Technician Overview

The Field Controls Technician BMS will be working as part of a fast growing, dynamic team and will play a critical role representing Hanley Energy in our business model. This person will integrate automated client systems to reduce energy costs, ensure 100% up-time, monitor key components, and maintain competitiveness.

The Field Controls Technician BMS will go to customer sites and is a responder for hands-on equipment troubleshooting and operation. Our committed team works as a technical resource to support the full physical infrastructure of their customer’s buildings that store mission-critical data and equipment.

How You'll Contribute:

The Market TechOps Leader is responsible for leading technical operations within an assigned market, overseeing project management and installation execution to ensure consistent delivery performance, financial results, and client satisfaction. What You'll Do:

* Provide market-level leadership for technical operations, overseeing Project Managers and TechOps Leaders responsible for project execution and installation delivery.

* Partner closely with market Sales leadership to align delivery capacity, execution strategy, and resourcing with pipeline demand and client expectations.

* Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and in alignment with financial and quality targets.
