Experience:You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized professional aviation experience performing duties such as:

Summary
This is a regional position, but is a support role for all projects in the SE Region. The role will require assisting in pre-construction scheduling for our "Work Winning" and "Business Development" teams in Wilmington, NC. The role will also require travel to various project sites to assist in schedule baselining, schedule updates, schedule workshops, etc. Lastly, the role will require project engineering assistance in the research and analysis of the contract documents required to establish accurate activity durations and schedule logic. - Must have firm understanding of contract requirements for CPM Schedules for DOT projects and Unit Price quantity driven scheduling techniques and cost loading.

This individual will communicate directly with clients on a weekly basis and provide detailed project updates.
Applicant must be able to communicate and coordinate technical evaluations and designs, produce reports in technical writing format, and correspond with other team members to complete work in a timely and efficient manner.
Must have the ability to coordinate project submittals, facilitate regulatory agency approvals, and obtain construction permits.
Experience: Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or Equivalent Experience Required.
Professional Engineering License Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office required.
Hydraflow Storm Sewer, Hydrograph, and WaterCad preferred.
Must have strong communication and writing skills.
Experience with design of land development projects preferred.
