Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Estimator located in the Long Island Melville Office. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for estimating project costs, performing quantity take-offs, managing budgets, and preparing detailed cost proposals. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with project teams, analyzing project specifications, and ensuring that cost assessments align with client and project requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Construction Estimating and performing Quantity Take-offs

The UX/UI E-Commerce Designer will own the on-site experience that turns traffic into revenue through a structured hierarchy, mobile-first UX, high-performing PDP and PLP architecture, and disciplined conversion rate optimization.
This is not a brand-only design role. This is a performance-driven operator role with measurable outcomes tied directly to conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate, site speed, funnel completion, and revenue expansion.

What You’ll Own
Site Experience & Hierarchy
- Own UX across homepage, navigation, search, PLP, PDP, cart, and checkout.
- Build and maintain a scalable category and collection hierarchy aligned with growth priorities (footwear-led where appropriate).
- Improve product discovery, filtering, and sorting logic.
- Reduce friction across key customer journeys (new visitors, returning customers, and high-intent shoppers).

- Compensation
- The compensation for this role includes a salary or contract range of $150,000–$230,000. - Identify security threats in applications and infrastructure and provide remediation mentorship to system owners.

- Proficient in Threat Modeling, Architecture Review, Penetration Testing, Code Review, SAST, and DAST.
- Strong scripting abilities in languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, Ruby, and PowerShell.
- Adept at applying security best practices for compliance, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
