Role Overview:
The Project Manager will serve as the Owner’s Representative for multiple renovation and capital projects across the Virginia State University campus. This role manages projects from concept through construction, coordinating with designers, contractors, and state agencies to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer all phases of projects including design, permitting, and construction
- Manage multiple concurrent renovation projects ranging from $500K–$2M, each at varying stages
- Lead and document design, pre‑construction, and construction meetings
- Maintain complete project documentation including meeting minutes, status reports, schedules, and logs
- Review and evaluate work plans, schedules, submittals, RFIs, and change orders, providing recommendations
- Coordinate with Owners, Architects/Engineers, Contractors, Clerks of the Works, and consultants
- Conduct regular on‑site visits to verify work complies with contract requirements
- Track progress of consultants and contractors; identify issues and recommend corrective actions
- Review contractor pay applications and recommend payment

Role Responsibilities:
- Inventory & Asset Management:
- Perform receipt, inventory control, cycle counts, and barcode management for data center assets.
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit materials following all required processes.
- Assist with staging, stocking, and material distribution activity across the data center campus.
- Logistics & Work Execution:
- Perform material movement, labeling, organization, and inventory staging.
- Prepare hardware for deployment, including basic physical installation tasks.
- Follow documented procedures for safe, accurate execution of tasks.
- Cross‐Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with engineering and operational teams to ensure proper material flow and documentation.
- Support contractor/vendor coordination and maintain clean, organized work areas.

- Compliance & Safety:
- Adhere to all PPE, safety, and high‐visibility gear requirements.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Execute overhead distribution and make-ready design work orders while meeting quality, time, and budget expectations
• Apply established engineering design standards, NESC requirements, and internal processes
• Perform end-to-end make-ready, joint-use, and/or general distribution design
• Conduct permitting and easement research (pole ownership, ROW, property rights, approvals)
• Collaborate with team members to resolve design challenges and ensure accurate deliverables
• Use design software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, DDS, PoleForeman, O-Calc, Katapult, or client systems
• Perform quality control reviews when required

Requirements:
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher in engineering, drafting, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in make-ready engineering, joint-use design, or electric power distribution design (3+ years strongly preferred)
• Proven experience in utility pole design, including NESC application, clearance analysis, pole loading concepts, and preparation of construction-ready design packages
• Proficiency with CAD or MicroStation; experience with DDS, Katapult, O-Calc, or similar utility design platforms is strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of power distribution construction practices, with the ability to learn utility-specific proprietary systems efficiently
• Must hold a valid driver’s license, maintain active auto insurance, and pass all required background, drug, and MVR screenings
• Authorization to work in the United States is required
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including minimal overnight travel when project needs require
• Ability to work a standard Monday–Friday schedule aligned to Eastern Time, with Central/Mountain/Pacific adjustments as appropriate

Role Overview
As a Patient Support Nurse at CareSimple, you will serve as a key liaison between our patients and clinical partners. You’ll build ongoing relationships with patients, conduct proactive outreach, monitor and respond to patient-generated health data alerts, and provide compassionate clinical guidance to help patients stay engaged and safe between provider visits. You’ll also guide patients through onboarding and device setup, address questions and concerns, and escalate clinical issues as needed. Utilizing our support ticket system, you will manage key logistics processes to ensure seamless delivery and support for remote monitoring devices, playing a critical role in the success of our RPM programs.
Responsibilities
- Patient Support & Care: Guide patients through initial onboarding and setup of their RPM devices with empathy and professionalism. Provide ongoing patient care touchpoints — answering clinical questions, offering health education, and supporting patient engagement and adherence throughout the monitoring program.
- Patient Alert Management: Monitor incoming patient health data alerts generated by RPM devices (e.g., out-of-range vitals, missed readings). Assess alert severity, apply clinical judgment to determine appropriate response, and take action following established protocols and clinical judgement, whether that’s direct patient outreach, care coordination, or escalation to the provider team.
- Technical Coordination: Provide basic troubleshooting for cellular-enabled devices and escalate issues via internal support tickets. Work cross-functionally to ensure timely resolution of technical concerns.
- Device Logistics Oversight: Coordinate device ordering and fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Manage exceptions (e.g., reshipments, replacements, returns) and monitor the glucose supply auto-replenishment program. Track high-priority orders and proactively address risks to prevent delays.
- Documentation: Ensure clear and timely documentation across internal systems and, when applicable, in the customer’s EHR.
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Preferred: Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Preferred: Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) or Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) certification
- 5+ years of clinical experience, preferably in telehealth, home health, or primary care
