The Program Manager will oversee all aspects of contract performance at NASA's Kennedy Space Center. This role involves planning, organizing, directing, and controlling operations to meet contract requirements and ensure mission success. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering or technical background combined with managerial expertise to deliver innovative, effective, and compliant operational support for one of the world's most advanced spaceports. Position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall performance of the SOCS contract, ensuring alignment with scope, cost, schedule, and quality requirements.
- Develop and execute project plans, objectives, and strategies to meet customer and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate the scheduling of work, resource allocation (manpower and equipment), and adherence to contract deliverables.
- Interface with the Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), government management personnel, and customer agency representatives to address performance, compliance, and contractual matters.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with contract terms, NASA policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the program.
- Supervise and mentor a team of managers, engineers, technicians, and support staff to ensure a high-performing organization.
- Ensure effective risk management practices are in place to mitigate potential challenges in contract execution.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with government and contractor personnel to support NASA's mission.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field, with formal training in management (e.g., university coursework or PMP certification); or a master's degree in a business-related field.
- 15+ years of relevant experience, including at least 7 years in a managerial role overseeing large-scale programs or contracts.
- Proven experience in contract compliance, program planning, and resource management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with high-level government and agency representatives.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing complex technical programs.
- Secret Clearance Required.
Preferred qualification:
- Previous experience supporting NASA or other federal contracts (facilities & logistics programs)
- Knowledge of spaceport operations, facilities management, or ground system support.
- Familiarity with NASA policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a talented Taxi Crane Operator to operate our fleet of taxi cranes. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating the crane to lift, move, and position materials and equipment at job sites. This position offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and be a part of a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Operate taxi cranes to lift and move materials and equipment on construction sites, industrial facilities, and other locations as needed.
- Interpret load charts and work orders to determine the appropriate crane configuration and lifting procedures for each job.
- Conduct pre-operational inspections of the crane to ensure it is in safe working condition and report any defects or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Safely rig loads and attach them to the crane using appropriate rigging techniques and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with ground personnel using hand signals, radio communication, or other means to coordinate crane movements.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and damage to property.
- Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on the crane, such as lubrication and minor repairs, to keep it in optimal working condition.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have valid NCCCO certification.
- Must have a valid CDL for at least 3 years.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience operating taxi cranes or similar equipment.
- Strong understanding of crane operation principles, load capacities, and rigging techniques.
- Proficient in industry rigging standards and practices (ASME, OSHA), adept at calculating sling angles and tensions, and skilled in determining center of gravity both mathematically and in the field through comprehensive training and hands-on experience with various materials and weights.
- Must demonstrate expertise in selecting appropriate rigging capacities and pick points to safely support the load.
- Proficiency in creating and executing critical lift plans in the field.
- Capable of accurately adhering to critical lift plans and procedures crafted by the Engineering team.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with others.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in confined spaces as needed.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.

The Chief Integration & Test Engineer (CITE) will oversee system verification and test planning for the integration of the spacecraft bus, mission payload, and communication payload, culminating in end-to-end testing.
Responsibilities include leading a team of I&T engineers through the product life cycle, from initial requirement analysis for testability to designing and developing test plans and flows.
Additionally, this role involves defining, planning, and implementing strategies for test, verification, validation, qualification, and acceptance testing.
Essential Functions: Provide mastery-level system integration and test engineering expertise to a team.

The PLM Integration and Test Lead designs, develops the overall integration and testing scheme/approach for the new PLM development and then manages the overall integration and testing activates of the PLM team to ensure PLM capabilities function as an element and within the integrated L3Harris system with high quality and reliability for sustained business success.
Essential Functions: Leads the design and development of the Integration and test plan with the PLM Leads Develops and manages overall Test and Integration Plan and leads implementation and tracking of the plan for the PLM DT Drives a Design for Test and Integration mindset in the overall PLM Team Ensures each capability is functionally validated and performance achieved in the integrated system for successful business execution Leads team in the development of efficient and robust test methodologies Organizes use cases and scenarios to test Grades and ranks test and integration activities to enable prioritization based on risk, criticality, etc Leads teams in conducting independent Failure Modes Effects Analysis of IT Vendor designs to identify high risk, high probability modes of failure, prioritize importance and mitigation activities Leads interface between L3Harris functional I&T team execution and IT/contractor developing and setting reporting workflow and expectations for individual capability working groups Manages the troubleshooting interface with IT and vendors Track and monitors and reports functional progress of test and integration Manages, tracks and reports functional integration and test activities status Organizes program and business specific I&T activities Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field) and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience Experience in large-scale PLM implementation, development, test or migration projects.
Experience with mechanical and electrical engineering design processes, configuration management principles, and product data management.
Experience with a major PLM platform and its integration with major MCAD and ECAD tools.
