Job Title: Specialist Training Development
Duration: 06 Months-Contract
Location: 50% Onsite – Devens, MA
Pay Rate: $31.47/hr (W2)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | Normal Business Hours
Flexibility: Must be available to occasionally support 2nd or 3rd shift once per month (1–2 hours) to provide training.
Position Overview
- The Quality Training Coordinator (Contractor) will support the Quality organization by administering and maintaining training program activities in alignment with Devens Biologics Quality System requirements. This role partners closely with QA Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure training compliance, accurate documentation, and audit/inspection readiness.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in GxP/GMP environments, supporting training workflows, managing Learning Management System (LMS) assignments, maintaining training curricula, and developing training materials. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration are critical to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer training assignments, curricula, and compliance activities within the Learning Management System (e.g., SuccessFactors).
- Maintain accurate training records, monitor overdue training requirements, and support remediation efforts.
- Collaborate with QA Operations and functional leaders to support onboarding programs, On-the-Job Training (OJT) documentation, and role-based training curricula.
- Assist with the development, revision, and formatting of training materials, including instructor-led training (ILT) decks, SOP-based content, and job aids.
- Generate routine and ad-hoc training compliance reports for stakeholders and leadership.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to training processes, documentation quality, and user experience.
- Coordinate training sessions, logistics, communications, and stakeholder reminders to ensure timely completion of training activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience managing or coordinating training in a GMP/GxP-regulated environment, including training assignments, compliance tracking, and overdue training remediation.
- 2+ years of experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as SuccessFactors, ComplianceWire, or Cornerstone.
- 2+ years of experience developing and maintaining training materials, including SOP-based training, instructor-led training, on-the-job training, and e-learning modules.
- Strong project/task management skills with the ability to manage multiple training assignments and deadlines.
- Knowledge of U.S. and EU cGMP regulations and regulatory guidelines (FDA, EMA, or other regulatory authorities).
Avantor is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineering Technician to be responsible for activities relating to the daily production engineering release process for single use products.
This includes: generation of production protocols, process and quality improvement, production flow and standard work development, process definition, and documentation. This person will also ensure the assembly meets the performance criteria required by the customer.
This is a full-time position that will be based out of our Devens, MA office and will work closely with the operations, quality, and design engineering teams.

The Quality Director is responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s quality management program, including inspection, testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement over 3 manufacturing sites. Role Overview:
The Material Planning Senior Manager will lead material planning, with direct responsibility for developing and managing processes and monitoring operating strategies in collaboration with cross-functional business partners. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to establish, align and maintain tactical range assumptions and corresponding production plans that consider capacity, lifecycle management, and regulatory requirements
- Perform and optimize supply planning, capacity, utilization, and detailed scheduling assessments to validate business requirements and client demand scenarios. Objectively evaluate options/trade-offs and develop Site Leadership -level recommendations
- Facilitate and drive cross functional prioritization and coordination of monthly and quarterly Production plans with Manufacturing, ARD, PRD, Quality, Procurement, and Project/Program management. - Monitor material requirements planning for all GMP and Non-GMP materials. Analyze and plan material requirements based on Production plans and client demands across the site. Adjust the Production Plans and requirements by analyzing changes in client demands, inventory levels, production schedules, QA/QC needs, etc.
- Support the enhancement and implementation of planning processes and procedures, and the implementation of materials planning through the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system
- Provide guidance to the cross-functional scheduling and coordination meetings to ensure the on-time execution and delivery of products as committed to clients
- Maintain, and refine key planning and scheduling related data, performance indicators and measurements to provide reliable data-driven insights to site leadership for strategic decision making
- Track the implemented planning data and inputs to reporting tools through the ERP System (D365), MS Excel, Power BI, and other technologies to improve production, material planning and scheduling and site wide planning

Required

- Developing and managing the S&OP process in a CDMO environment
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve business performance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and automation to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making. Experienced in leveraging Excel for financial modeling, supply chain analytics, and reporting to drive efficiency and strategic insights.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating profitable business for Trench Safety. What You Will Do:
- Support engineering activities related to testing and troubleshooting of hardware and software
- Functional analysis of real world and test data; trade studies to bring advanced features to fielded system
- Support troubleshooting and failure data analyses, including root cause and corrective action processes and advanced use of lab or field test equipment
- System integration and test support, possibly including live fire test events
- Support activity may require travel
- Complete and compile detailed performance evaluations, including the use of analysis tools, such as MATLAB
- Support qualification of our products
- Sustainment/Depot returns and repair
- Maintain engineering specifications (DS, ARD, etc.) & drawing (Schematics & Assembly Drawings)
- Prepare and present results in reports and briefings to internal or external stakeholders
- Maintain engineering databases
- Participate in periodic team meetings, interface teleconference meetings, working group meetings
What You Will Learn:
After completion of comprehensive on-the-job training, the candidate will be a part of a team supporting Systems Engineering, Systems Integration & Test activities across the product development lifecycle.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) obtained by start date
- This position requires 12 months or less of professional experience (excluding internships)

Qualifications We Prefer:
- Strong undergraduate level understanding of electrical, mechanical and/or software system integration, familiarity with C/C++/C# preferred

The Raytheon Hardware Engineering (HWE) Organization leads the mechanical-electrical hardware design, development and production of critical defense systems. The Radar Mechanical Design Department leads mechanical design, development, and integration of some of the most innovative land-based and shipboard radars in the world. This includes phased array radar systems, electronic modules, pedestals, and power and liquid cooling systems. The department comprises individuals with technical expertise and experience in all phases of hardware design, integration, and production support.
This role is for a Principal Cooling Systems Engineer to support cooling and hydraulic systems used in a variety of harsh environmental military applications. Our primary role is to design and support the fabrication, testing, and installation of custom liquid-cooled systems for radars. We also support custom air-cooling of power and communication shelters.
This position is in Marlborough, MA. (On-site)
What You Will Do
- Working collaboratively with our customers to establish cooling systems requirements
- Mechanical design, analysis, and documentation of cooling hardware and systems
- Selection of components including pumps and heat exchangers
- Drawing generation, drawing release, and drawing change incorporation
- Resolution of change requests from manufacturing or suppliers
- Provide technical conscience, challenged with making sure the product and process meet appropriate standards and requirements.
- Factory and supplier support of product integration domestically and internationally
- Willingness to travel to domestic Raytheon sites, suppliers, and government facilities
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience.
- Experience in the fields of Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, and/or Heat Transfer
- Minimum 8 years of engineering project experience involving cooling systems – liquid cooling or air cooling
- Experience in solid modeling tools such as Pro/Engineer, Solidworks, AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, or similar tool
