Ainsley Search Group is hiring a Customer Service Manager to join a Global Manufacturer located in Montgomery County. This manager will report to the VP of SC and lead a team of Customer Service Specialist to streamline the customer orders processing, optimize the order process from demand, distribution, warehouses, manufacturing, engineering and import/export, maintain and develop customer relations and ensure quality standard of products, collaborate with finance, supply chain, procurement, logistics, independent sales reps to ensure timely process of accounting, PO processing, purchasing, R&D, manufacturing, achieve highest accurate rate on order fulfillment with minimum operational cost across travel time, and inventory. This is a full-time, permanent leadership opportunity with lucrative base salary, bonus, and competitive benefit, in addition, company would like to develop this individual to the senior level leadership in the near future.

Responsibilities:

• Report to VP of Operations and lead a team of Customer Service Specialists to streamline order processing for customer sales orders; staff train and develop the team to deliver supreme customer service and order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, procurement, logistics, and distribution to optimize supply chain processes, reduce travel time, and increase order fulfillment rate on accuracy, quality, on-time and within budget metrics.
• Resolve customer complaints and supply chain bottlenecks in an effective and timely manner, deliver corrective action to reduce recurring issues.
• Collaborate with S&OP team and other Supply Chain Team to achieve process improvement, reduce cost on transportation, travel time, and inventory and not jeopardize on-time order fulfillment.
• Maintain, develop customer relations; support troubleshooting sales order issues involving quality, delay, backordered, recall, identify root cause and support the implementation of corrective action and CI to reduce recurring errors.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing team to ensure realistic expectation from new customers, properly set up new customers in the ERP Systems.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing on change of order requests from customers, support new product development process and ensure new products are set up in the CRM system, update customers on product application, change of order status, design status, and manufacturing status as needed.
• Provide hands on leadership and mentoring to subordinate, develop, standardize and implement operational procedure for the customer service department, develop KPI to measure and improve customer service performance across volume, accuracy, responsiveness, etc.
• Attending management meetings and routine S&OP meetings, address potential bottlenecks, issues regarding customer accounts, sales order process, cost reduction, productivity, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Recent years of hands-on leadership experience within Manufacturing, Order fulfillment, Customer Account Management within manufacturing industries, exposure to consumer products, contract manufacturing desired.

We are currently looking for a Quality Inspector to join our dynamic, fast-paced, and growing team. The Inspector is responsible for performing non-destructive testing (NDT) to ensure the integrity and quality of materials and components. This role involves utilizing various NDT methods to detect and evaluate defects or irregularities without damaging the test subjects. We are currently looking for a Pipe Welder Shop to join our dynamic, fast-paced, and growing team. The Welder is responsible for the prep, layout, tack, weld, test, complex pipe spools and complex piping systems to work packages, drawings, PI&Ds per ASME B31.1 and MIL TP278, to production schedule under the guidance of the shop superintendent.

What You Will Be Doing

• Perform pipe welding with pipe fitting experience using knowledge of codes and specifications

• Have experience in GTAW processes. Must qualify to Pipe in the 6-G position Per ASME Section IX using the GTAW process. Experience in structural welding using GMAW in various positions to AWS D1.1. Proven past welding qualification history is a plus
  
• Decipher welding symbols, reads, and follows work packages, drawings, PI&Ds, and blueprints
  
• Use various measuring equipment
  
• Full range of mechanical knowledge as well as the ability to fabricate and install piping on equipment as specified on drawings and PI&Ds

The Director of Operations will oversee all production and facility operations at ALIGN Precision Philadelphia, ensuring seamless execution across precision machining, assembly, and cleanroom environments. The Plumbing Department is regularly engaged in a broad spectrum of projects that require creative solutions to challenging building systems and utility issues. Precis is currently seeking a Senior Plumbing Engineer for our Ambler, PA office. This individual must have a background in Plumbing Engineering and a basic understanding of engineering practice within highly regulated industries. We are looking for a resourceful and goal-oriented individual who desires challenging work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide plumbing engineering services to design and oversee the design of complete plumbing systems supporting facility expansions, renovations, remediation, and new construction projects from concept through detailed design and construction, including equipment, piping, and related building components.
• Receive supervision and guidance relating to overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters. Receive direction on unusual conditions and developments. Independently apply extensive and diversified knowledge and use advanced techniques in the modification or extension of standard procedures and design criteria to complete assignments, including the development of details, and specifications. Assist upper-level management to develop new techniques and improve standards and processes.
• Supervise all staff necessary to complete project assignments in alignment the defined scopes, schedules, and budgets. Provide thorough review of project documents for conformity with project assignments and quality assurance.
• Interact with client representatives, equipment vendors, contractors, project managers, and other project team members to coordinate deliverables and breadth of the plumbing design.
• Periodically visit project sites to survey existing conditions and observe construction activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering, or an Associate degree in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of industry engineering experience.
• Strong computer literacy with advanced knowledge and use of Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Advanced written & verbal communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of applicable codes and industry standards and guidelines.
• Experience with critical environments and related building systems.
• Professional Engineer license is a plus

About the Role

You'll oversee drawings, models, and CNC files for major structural and misc. steel projects — ensuring accuracy, manufacturability, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor detailing staff
• Review drawings/specs for accuracy

• Manage workloads, revisions, and RFIs
• Ensure AISC compliance and quality control

Requirements

5+ years in structural steel or detailing

AutoCAD or DraftSight (SolidWorks a plus)
