Our client is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the day-to-day operational performance of their U.S. assembly site with full accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people performance. The successful candidate will translate global operational strategies into effective local execution, build scalable manufacturing infrastructure, and establish processes that support aggressive growth targets in the North American market while maintaining the precision and compliance standards synonymous with the company's Swiss engineering heritage.
The ideal candidate is an accomplished operational leader with deep expertise in precision manufacturing or engineered products, proven success managing site-level operations with P&L accountability, and the ability to excel in a matrix organization with international reporting structures. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct all production activities, material flow, production planning, purchasing, logistics, and supply chain operations to ensure efficient and compliant delivery of biotechnology instrumentation
- Execute corporate operations strategies, standards, and KPIs at the site level; establish performance targets and implement monitoring systems to drive on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and optimal resource utilization
- Manage site-level budget, cost control, and operational results; identify and implement cost-reduction strategies and margin improvement opportunities without compromising quality
- Oversee purchasing, procurement, vendor management, inventory control, and warehousing operations to ensure material availability, favorable commercial terms, and supply chain efficiency
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve manufacturing documentation, SOPs, and process controls in alignment with quality systems and regulatory requirements (ISO, OSHA)
- Serve as primary North American operational liaison with Swiss headquarters on manufacturing standards, quality requirements, technology transfer initiatives, and process improvements
- Lead capacity planning, facility infrastructure projects, and continuous improvement programs to support business scaling and operational excellence
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field required; Master's degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, assembly, or plant management, preferably in industrial, engineered products, or precision instrumentation environments
- Proven track record managing site-level operations with full accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people performance
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, EHS requirements, and U.S. labor law in manufacturing settings
- Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, continuous improvement methodologies, and data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems strongly preferred; solid understanding of supply chain management, vendor management, and warehousing in precision manufacturing environments
- Experience working in matrix organizations with international reporting lines; familiarity with European mid-sized company culture highly beneficial.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, write, and execute manual, CMM, and Vision System inspections
- Support internal customer requests for support related to inspection, measurement strategy, calibration, and other related requests.
- Identify nonconformances and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Document and record inspection results and properly file hard and electronic copies
- Interpret drawings and schematics.
- Initiate nonconformance reports (NCR's) for all nonconforming material.
- Perform inspections using the microscope.

The Clinical Research Coordinator provides comprehensive support services to fulfill the operational objectives of the National Institute on Aging. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor the electronic medical record system to ensure completeness of data collection forms, progress notes, participant information forms, and diagnostic test completion forms.

- Query relational databases and generate individual participant report packages; address technical issues with the HANDLS programming team.
- Audit medical records for compliance, identify errors, ensure timely corrections, and participate in regular chart review meetings with research staff.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for HANDLS MRV visits and out-of-state participants using a custom-designed computerized system; prioritize contact based on appointment availability and likelihood of participant engagement.
- Identify and follow up on missed HANDLS appointments, including contacting participants' families or emergency contacts, assisting with rescheduling, and managing bulk mailings for appointments.
- Conduct initial disability and special needs screening during scheduling calls, evaluating participant needs and notifying HANDLS staff for follow-up.
- Review clinical laboratory results daily via the database, prepare lab reports, ensure physician review within 5-7 days, communicate abnormal results, and prepare alert letters for immediate reporting to participants.
- Prepare charts, data collection forms, and participant materials for clinical staff; coordinate delivery and filing of records and supplies.
- Coordinate support from medical records staff on outreach events (e.g., open houses and community events).
- Attend study meetings, write and annually review operational manual sections, assist with new employee orientation, and participate in mandatory training.
- Enter research data, prepare participant result packets (lab results, health education materials), and coordinate all bulk mailings.

Job Overview
The Estimator plays a key role in supporting the Furbish Install Department by preparing competitive, accurate bids that help secure new work and drive business growth. This position is responsible for reviewing plans and specifications, performing quantity take‐offs, developing pricing, and producing complete proposals. The Estimator collaborates with internal teams and clients to understand project needs, strengthen relationships, and contribute to winning profitable construction projects.
Essential Functions and Duties
- Own and manage the complete estimating process, including evaluating and qualifying leads, reviewing plans and specifications, and determining project scope and feasibility.
- Produce accurate and detailed take‐offs and cost estimates, using digital tools to develop material and labor quantities that meet internal benchmarks and client requirements.
- Prepare, format, and submit complete bid proposals, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery of all pricing and supporting documentation.
- Maintain and manage all estimating and sales documentation, including bid boards, lead databases, project files, and proposal records, ensuring data integrity throughout the pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the General Manager, project managers, and installation teams, to validate assumptions, refine pricing, and ensure alignment on scope.

Minimum Qualifications

The Senior Data Manager identifies all data deliverables made part of a contract and subsequently builds a data track in a Product Data Management (PDM) system. The Senior Data Manager identifies all data deliverables made part of a contract and subsequently builds a data track in a Product Data Management (PDM) system. The DM identifies, with help from the Program Office, the appropriate preparers, receive the data within PDM, reviews the data for compliance, solicits and secures appropriate programmatic approval and delivers the information to the customer on time, throughout the lifecycle of the contract.
In addition, DMs are responsible for reviewing sub-tier contractor requirements, building data tracks for supplier submissions, receiving data from various suppliers, and routing for approval and/or incorporation into prime contractor deliverables to the customer as well as securing non-deliverable program work products to be configuration controlled in the PDM system and other related tasking.

What You Will Do
- Reading contracts for understanding of the deliverables
- Working in a PDM system to capture, manage, and track data deliverables and/or receivables
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to obtain requested data
- Proofreading data for compliance to the requirement(s)
- Managing the data deliverable schedule and providing the data to the customer on-time
- Learning and understanding contractually required markings applied to data
- Running forecast reports and providing them to the appropriate stakeholders
- Providing metrics related to on-time deliveries and outstanding dispositions upon request
- Reviewing and approving sub-tier supplier statements of work for data requirements
- Supporting program meetings and providing training to program personnel and customers and/or suppliers
- Handling and protection of Company Intellectual Property (IP) as well as U.S. government IP and classified information
Qualifications you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience OR a related Associate’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience OR in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience related to data management and/or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer support/service role
