Your Hands Help Build Tomorrow! With the assistance of microscopes and tweezers, our Assemblers will build components and sub-assemblies for high-powered products.

Every customer is different; and every customer has a unique ask so following specific procedures and instructions while operating machinery and often times sitting or standing at a workstation for periods of time is required.

All of these tasks are performed in a clean room environment which is temperature and humidity controlled.

The Test portion of the role is responsible for performing production test routines on GPD products to ensure tested units meet performance criteria.

Specific operations include electrical measurement of photodiodes, reporting of data, organization of material batches, and reporting any concerns to production management.

It will encompasses all responsibilities of the Test Operator but is also responsible for ensuring that test stations are working to specification, can troubleshoot issues, and performs basic calibration routines.

The technician also works with engineering for implementation of new specifications or procedures.

This full-time, non-exempt role will be located in Salem, NH and will report to the Director of Operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Complete detailed and precise mechanical assembly of semiconductor assemblies requiring dexterity in handling small tools and parts.

Mount, align, and perform in-process testing to ensure final assemblies meet prescribed specifications.

Create electrical interconnects using gold wire bonding tools.

Demonstrate the ability to read and work from assembly drawings, verbal instructions, and engineering sketches.

Uses precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance with dimensional and electrical specifications and tolerances.

Perform electrical testing of optoelectronic devices, including handling of ESD sensitive, small, delicate parts.

Cleanroom operations required for some products.

Summarize and control lot data as presented with product to quality for inspection after testing.

Excellent attention to detail required, the ability to notice changes in results and abnormalities and report them is essential.

Work for prolonged periods under stereozoom microscope.

SKILLS & ABILITIES: Attention to detail and above average hand eye coordination is required for this position Must have good manual dexterity and able to work with small components.

Ability to use microscopes, screwdrivers tweezers, and other miscellaneous tools.

Should be knowledgeable about handling and working the various adhesives and epoxies Ability to work independently under general supervision.

Raytheon is currently seeking a Test Equipment Design Engineer (Test Development Engineer II) to join the Sensor Test Solutions (STS) Department. This is an excellent position for engineers with a background in electrical design and software programming/automation, along with a desire to apply those skills to developing, building, and integrating advanced test platforms and architectures.  

You will be joining a project team responsible for the development of test solutions and architectures for various programs within Raytheon. Typical test development applications include analog/digital, RF, High Power, and embedded software/firmware design activities. Test architectures include a blend of customized and COTS Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), along with custom electro-mechanical holding fixtures and associated interface cabling and harnessing.

What You Will Do

Naval Power is seeking a highly motivated Production Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) for the SPY-6 Array production program’s Array Build, Integration & Testing. This position reports to the SPY-6 Production Array Program Manager and leads the execution efforts of the recurring production sell-off.  This lead will be responsible for ensuring that equipment delivery commitments are made on time and within budget, focusing on Array Build Integration & Testing, and RHS assembly builds, including Mechanical Structures & RMA Chassis material. What You Will Do:

As an Control Account Manager, you’ll be assigned to one or more LTAMDS programs and will be responsible for providing innovative and trusted solutions that optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Land and Air Defense products and services over their life cycle. As a Deployment Fielding and Sustainment (DFS) CAM, the successful candidate will support the DFS program Leads, LTAMDS Program Control Account Managers, and Program leads in the successful completion of monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs, reporting and analysis, monthly Budget Change Requests (BCRs), facilitate EAC and LRE inputs, and demonstrate the ability to perform meaningful analysis and effective communication to drive predictable results. Scope of work includes partnering with engineering and program leads for EVMS process inputs, EAC/LRE development, monthly variance reporting, and weekly analysis of cost and labor runs. The role focuses on driving cost control and schedule using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX management reporting tools. The candidate will be required to perform analyses and prepare reports to drive predictable cost and schedule. The Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities team discipline is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support integration and test activities for NASAMS (surface to air defense system) programs. In this role you will collaborate internally across functions and externally with our industry partners and U.S. Government customers to plan, prepare and execute Product Acceptance Testing and System Demonstration of the NASAMS Fire Unit.  This position reports into the overall NASAMS SI&T Cross Product Team Lead.

What You Will Do:

• Support the test architect in the integration and test strategy development and implementation to include metric collection and tracking.

• Support the development and review of test plans and test procedures.

• Support the planning, preparations, and conduct and product acceptance, system demonstration, and System Integration and Checkout (SICO) events.

• Identify and coordinate resources required for execution of demonstration and test events.

• Responsible for providing technical assistance to the program SI&T CPT lead to include development of technical briefings for program and engineering leadership.

• International travel up to 20%. Regular travel between Raytheon locations in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire is required.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics. (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.

• Experience with the systems, software, operation, integration, and/or test.

• Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain a Final Secret U.S. government issued security clearance after start.

Qualifications We Prefer :

• Experience with DOORS

• Experience with the integration and test of Air Defense Systems

• Experience with creating test scripts, and/or conducting performance analysis.

• Experience with Microsoft applications.

• Effective written and verbal communication, customer focus, collaboration, and multitasking skills.

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance.
