Project Manager – Hyperscale Data Center (HVAC / BMS)

$200,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of HVAC / Building Management System (BMS) controls on a hyperscale data center campus buildout near Lubbock, Texas.

This is a long-term leadership opportunity on a major campus development with multiple phases planned over the next nine years. The successful candidate will oversee large-scale mechanical and controls projects across the site and play a key role in the company’s continued expansion into the Texas data center market.

The role is fully on-site at a large active construction campus located approximately 45 minutes east of Lubbock, Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of HVAC/BMS controls projects on a hyperscale data center site.
• Coordinate with mechanical contractors, electricians, and controls technicians.
• Oversee project scheduling, financial tracking, and milestone delivery.
• Ensure construction and commissioning timelines are met.
• Lead site coordination meetings and collaborate with engineering and construction teams.
• Supervise and support a team of technicians and subcontractors.
• Maintain strong communication with leadership and project stakeholders.

Required Experience

• Experience managing HVAC controls / Building Management Systems (BMS) projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and building automation.
• Proven construction project delivery experience.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and subcontractors.
• Ability to lead projects in a large active construction environment.
