We are currently seeking a Director of National Accounts to lead strategic relationships with large-format retail partners with national accounts. This role is ideal for a driven sales leader who combines deep industry knowledge with a consultative approach to business development. The successful candidate will leverage expertise in hard surface flooring—including luxury vinyl, hardwood, and bamboo—to develop tailored product solutions, strengthen client partnerships, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

This position is based at our corporate headquarters in Adairsville, Georgia, and includes periodic travel for client meetings, trade events, industry engagements, and internal collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Enrich strategic relationships with major retail partners
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by delivering tailored hard surface flooring solutions that align with their merchandising and business objectives
• Identify new opportunities to expand product placement and category growth within existing accounts
• Cross-functionally collaborate with product development, sourcing, marketing, and supply chain teams to support account strategies
• Represent the company at national trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform account strategy and product positioning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience managing key accounts within large retail or big-box environments
• 5+ years of experience selling hard surface flooring, including LVP (SPC/WPC); experience with hardwood and bamboo flooring is also highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-value client relationships
• Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, strategic approach to business growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Active Inspection: Spend 80% of the shift on the floor performing and auditing IQC, PQC, and FQC tasks. Directly verify bolt torque, marking presence, and cable connectivity.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Use industrial electrical expertise to physically inspect complex wiring and resolve disputed "Pass/Fail" results on the line.
• Floor Coordination: Organize the daily rotation of inspectors to ensure all stations are covered. Jump into any station (IQC/PQC/FQC) as needed to prevent bottlenecks.
• On-the-Job Training: Demonstrate correct inspection techniques to new hires, including the proper use of torque tools, schematic reading, and defect identification.
• First-Article Inspection: Personally conduct the first inspection of a shift or a new production run to set the quality standard for the team.
• Data Entry & Logs: Physically compile daily defect counts and scrap data from the floor into Excel/ERP systems for the Engineering team.
  
  

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Electrical Expertise: Must have a strong background in industrial electrical work. You must be able to physically trace circuits, read one-line diagrams/schematics, and identify NEC-compliant installations.
• Mechanical Skill: Expert-level proficiency with hand tools, torque wrenches, and precision gauges.
• QC Experience: 3–5 years in a manufacturing Quality environment with a "Lead" or "Senior" technical designation.

Job Title : Nuclear Engineer (Naval Reactors Engineer) Category / Component : Officer • Active Overview Design, regulate, and oversee the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, including reactor design, fleet operations, and eventual defueling and decommissioning of nuclear powered ships and submarines from Naval Reactors Headquarters and associated Department of Energy laboratories and shipyards.

Key Responsibilities Provide technical direction in areas such as reactor and fluid systems design, reactor physics, materials development, component design for steam generators, pumps, and valves, instrumentation and control for reactor and propulsion plants, testing and quality control, radiation shielding, and chemistry and radiological controls; review designs and analyses from laboratories, shipyards, and industry partners; coordinate with fleet units to ensure safe and reliable nuclear plant operation.

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking skilled Make-Ready Designers (primary focus) and Power Distribution Designers to support engineering programs for major electric and telecom utilities. Ideal candidates bring demonstrated experience in overhead utility pole design, NESC application, clearance assessment, pole loading analysis, and construction package development. Useful design platforms include DDS, Katapult, O-Calc, GIS, MicroStation, AutoCAD, or client-specific drafting systems.

In this role, you will review field/walkout data, evaluate existing attachment conditions, model pole loading, determine make-ready requirements, and prepare accurate construction-ready deliverables. Applicants without utility pole design or distribution engineering experience will not be considered.

Note: This position is remote, but new hires must attend a 2-week paid, in-person orientation at our Perrysburg, OH headquarters.

The Applied AI and Machine Learning team handles large-scale data to support many business areas. We develop a cohesive navigation experience across channels and web pages. Our goal is to simplify and improve the shopping experience for everyday entrepreneurs worldwide, helping them quickly find what they need on our website.

In this leadership role, you will enhance the strategic direction of our experimentation methodology efforts. You will use simulations and reinforcement learning, ensuring consistency with business objectives, and supporting cross-functional teams in data-informed experimentation solutions. You will guide teams working at the intersection of large-scale foundation models, multi-agent systems, and RL-based optimization, encouraging a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for AI driven experimentation methodology, aligning initiatives with organizational goals and business impact
• Supervise and mentor teams of scientists and engineers, providing technical guidance and career development
• Promote meticulous experimentation, including the development of simulation environments and robust evaluation frameworks using machine learning and RL
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate research outcomes into scalable, production-ready experimentation solutions
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and cultivate a collaborative, innovative environment across the Applied ML team and broader organization

Your experience should include...

• 3+ years of professional experience managing and leading high-performing teams, including mentoring and coaching team member to achieve organizational goals
• 5+ years of professional experience in experimentation methodology, Reinforcement Learning, and software development 
• 2 + years of professional with experimentation platforms, data pipelines, and analytical tools to guide methodological rigor
• A deep understanding of statistical principles, causal inference, and experimental design for large-scale digital products
• A track record of partnering effectively with experimentation platform teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making
• 5+ years of professional experience translating complex statistical concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• The ability to define and implement a vision for experimentation best practices across diverse product areas
