We are open Monday-Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm and are seeking an individual who will work full time (40 hours) to join our team.

As part of the team, you will be participating in an innovative and bold initiative aimed at transforming health care and pharmacy leveraging new and emerging information, technologies, and channels. You will be essential to ensuring medication has been filled correctly and be responsible for accurately entering prescription information as needed. Pharmacy Technicians work to support our patients through answering phones, order scheduling (refill reminder calls and scheduling deliveries with patients), insurance processing, data entry, and more. Phone skills are coveted as most of our patient contact is over the phone. When we think about our team of Pharmacy Technicians what comes to mind is open to challenges, enthusiastic, dependable, empathetic, and hard working. We are looking for technicians with similar traits to join our legendary team to support patients and pharmacists alike. Corey + Then is an elite Periodontal and Oral Surgery practice that is committed to exceptional care for our patients and first-class service to our referring doctors. We are looking for a fun, hardworking, compassionate, team player to help us grow the practice and continue to serve our community with all of their oral surgery needs. Previous oral surgery experience is a plus but not required. 

The role of the Scheduling Coordinator is critical in providing exceptional patient care resulting in the best clinical outcomes and meeting the needs of our patients. 

The Scheduling Coordinator will greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, collect patient financial responsibility and prepare patient charts.

• Provides concierge level customer service while interacting with patients, referring offices, and team members over the phone, in person, or via electronic communication.
