The Training Specialist supports Institutional Support Services (ISS) by designing, delivering, and maintaining effective training programs that enable colleagues to perform their roles efficiently, accurately, and in compliance. This position will deliver initial and ongoing training to ISS Colleagues. This role partners closely with ISS leaders and functional SMEs to support onboarding, role‑based training, process changes, and continuous skill development across ISS teams. Primary duties include implementation, delivery, and auditing training programs, as well as working with stakeholders to build, enhance and maintain training plans for their respective teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deliver onboarding and role‑specific training for new hires and internal transfers within ISS.

Reporting directly to the Manager of Student Accounts in a fast paced and goal-oriented contact center environment, this role is responsible for assisting in student success through proactive and accurate account assessment and student assistance on past due balances for inactive students. This position manages a portfolio of multiple institutions under Financial Account Management. Colleague participates in servicing out of school student accounts, negotiating mutually acceptable payment plans and performing delinquency management on an assigned portfolio of accounts. Ensures that all students have the appropriate guidance to make informed financial decisions to resolve outstanding balances on their account and provides accurate information for students looking to resume. Ensures team members are identifying trends and providing a thorough, holistic customer experience to internal and external customers. Works closely with academic partners and other departments to research and resolve any student issues. Realize Your Vision as a New Registered Nurse
- Assists patients with daily activities as delegated by the rehabilitation team.
- Communicates patient concerns and changes in condition to rehabilitation nurses or therapists.
- Documents appropriate patient information in their medical records.
- Obtains vital signs and records in the electronic medical record.
- Performs special procedures including the collection of urine, stool, and sputum.
- Reviews treatments/ADLs/hygiene with patients and families.
- Assists patients with feeding and attends Therapeutic Dining Group as indicated.
- Assists patients with body mechanics.
- Helps maintain clean and healthy environment for the patient.
- Assists with equipment care.
Qualifications
- BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role.
- Part-time or full-time active student status.
- Successful completion of the first term of nursing courses of a professional Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
- Must be currently enrolled and in good academic standing in a professional Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
- Initial term including didactic/skills lab must include fundamentals of nursing or course equivalent.
- Return of one or two (if available) instructor evaluations indicating satisfactory performance of fundamental nursing skills.
- Successful completion of preceptor tool and core competency at 90 days and annually.
- Must present proof of continued enrollment and passing grade in nursing classes each semester until graduation and remain in good academic standing.
- One year experience in inpatient clinical setting preferred.

Job Summary: Cameo Dental Specialists is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our team. In this role, you'll provide high-quality preventive dental care, educate patients on oral hygiene, and support the dental team in delivering exceptional patient experiences. Your clinical expertise and patient-first mindset will play a vital role in promoting long-term oral health within our community.
Responsibilities:
* Perform thorough dental cleanings including scaling, polishing, and root planing as needed.
* Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays).
* Conduct oral health assessments and chart conditions of teeth and gums.
* Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
* Apply sealants and fluoride treatments when appropriate.
* Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments following infection control protocols.
* Assist the dentist during exams and procedures when needed.
* Accurately document patient care and treatment plans in digital records.
* Monitor and maintain hygiene supplies and equipment.
* Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.
* Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient care and clinic operations.
Required Qualifications:
* Valid Dental Hygiene license in the state of Illinois.
* Associate degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
