Primary Purpose: The Chief Financial Officer will provide leadership for all budgets and financial decisions for the charter. Develop and execute strategic plans and charter-wide policies and programs related to financial activities. Direct and lead all departments relating to finance including accounting, accounts payable/receivable, tax and finance, budget/financial planning, procurement, debt services, compliance, auditing, and federal grants. Projects and reports financial health to the CEO and Board members.

Knowledge/Skills: Comprehensive understanding of how to develop financial models for sustainability and efficiency to utilize all available resources including grants management for cash flow cycling. Extreme flexibility, with a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit to accommodate the high level of responsibility and multiple priorities.

Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Leadership Roles: Strategic oversight for multiple departments and/or a major division or for the entire district. Provides strategic direction and develops long-range plans which impact multiple departments or divisions. Using in-depth knowledge of multiple disciplines identifies and evaluates high-impact issues and provides strategy and direction to a major functional area or multiple departments. Establishes programs and policies, and ensures integration of operational objectives across multiple, major departments, program areas, and possibly charter wide.
Work Complexity/Independent Judgement: Work is highly complex and broad in scope covering several departments/divisions across ILTexas. Policy, procedures, and precedent are created and approved by this position. Supervision received typically consists of providing periodic coaching, advice, and feedback.
Budget Authority: Approves Budgets Problem Solving: Greater latitude and discretion is warranted in making decisions, which affect major areas of ILTexas and possibly the organization's public image. The job is constantly expected to apply creative solutions to complex problems and develop new ideas and concepts. Reviews and approves decisions and/or recommendations that may have a significant impact on the entire organization.
Impact of Decisions: Decisions have a major impact to multiple departments and impact the general direction of ILTexas. Errors may cause continuous adverse influence on the future operations and growth of the organization, in matters involving important customer commitments, organizational liability, and other matters which may appreciably affect future costs.
Communication/Interactions: Oversee and direct - serves as one of the organization's senior-level spokespersons in area of expertise, defines and champions change initiatives, organizational strategies, services, policies, and practices. Interactions are typical with Top Management, the Board, and community and business leaders.
Customer Relationships: Anticipates customer needs and identifies and champions opportunities for the development and implementation of new services and methods to meet or exceed customer needs. Establishes customer service standards and feedback mechanisms across departments.
Financial Planning and Projections: Leads ILTexas’s financial planning and multi-year forecasting to ensure long-term fiscal sustainability. Responsibilities include developing the annual budget, maintaining rolling projections aligned to enrollment, Foundation School Program (FSP) revenues, federal funding, staffing models, capital plans, and debt service, and conducting scenario-based analyses to inform executive and Board decision-making. The CFO proactively identifies financial risks and opportunities, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities and available resources while maintaining full regulatory compliance.

Summary:
The ICU Registered Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive, critical care to patients in the intensive care unit. Navy Physicians work in a variety of settings, including military medical facilities, ships, and field hospitals, both domestically and internationally. As a Navy Physician, you can work at one of the highly acclaimed National Naval Medical Centers in Bethesda, MD; Portsmouth, VA; and San Diego, CA. You might even provide medical support to deployed troops aboard one of two dedicated hospital ships-the USNS Comfort and USNS Mercy. Still more opportunities are available aboard a surface ship, working closely with a nearby aircraft squadron, or with the Fleet Marine Force. Reserve Physicians primarily drill one weekend a month at a location near their home.
Training & Advancement
Upon graduation from medical school, those pursuing a Physician position are required to attend Officer Development School (ODS) in Newport, RI. ODS is a five-week program that provides a comprehensive and intense introduction to the responsibilities of Navy Staff Corps Officers. Here they learn about the military structure of the U.S. Navy, its rich history of traditions and customs, leadership development and military etiquette.
Once that training is complete, you will learn the ins and outs of life as a Navy Physician at your first assignment.

The Navy may pay for your medical education, and you don't need to attend a military medical school. Attend a school of your choice and you may emerge debt-free. With the Navy Health Professions Scholarship Program (HPSP), you may receive 100% tuition coverage during medical school, plus a monthly stipend, reimbursement of expenses and up to $20,000 sign-on bonus. With the Navy Health Services Collegiate Program (HSCP) , you may receive from $157,000 to $269,000 while attending medical school. For Residents:

Qualifications & Requirements

US Navy Reserve Medicine
Serving part-time as a Reservist, your duties will be conducted during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Physicians in the Reserve typically drill at a location close to their homes. This gives the flexibility to expand your medical experiences in the Navy without compromising your civilian practice at home.
Most of what you do in the Navy Reserve is considered training. The basic Navy Reserve commitment involves training a minimum of one weekend a month (referred to as drilling) and two weeks a year (referred to as Annual Training) - or the equivalent.
Furthermore, serving as a Reservist physician allows for unique and exciting experiences beyond patient care. Career-long learning in areas within and beyond medicine is both the goal and expectation. Pulmonary and Critical Care physicians serve essential roles as critical wartime specialists in the military healthcare system. These efforts have contributed to unprecedented survival rates in the recent Afghanistan and Persian Gulf conflicts. NAVY EOD: CAREER DETAILS & REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities
As an EOD Tech, you'll receive extensive training to perform missions neutralizing explosive weapons in almost every environment. Your duties may require you to:
Detonate and demolish hazardous munitions, pyrotechnics and outdated explosives
Neutralize various ordnance, including sea mines, torpedoes or depth charges
Work with cutting-edge technology to remotely disable unsafe ordnance
Perform parachute or helicopter insertion operations
Support law enforcement agencies
Clear waterways of mines in support of our ships and submarines
Lend your skills and support to other military units or offices, such as the U.S. Secret Service or the U.S. Department of State
Work Environment
Your missions will take you to every corner of the world. One assignment may have you parachuting from 17,000 feet into enemy territory, while the next may deliver you stealthily to a foreign nation via an 11-foot RHIB boat. It all depends on which unit you're supporting and the type of mission to be completed. Though there will be administrative work, the majority of your time will be spent in the field.
Training & Advancement
Upon completion of the initial 10-week training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes (known as boot camp), you'll begin a specialized training program to prepare you for your career as an EOD Tech.
EOD Preparatory Course
(four weeks) -
The Navy EOD training pipeline starts with preparatory training in Great Lakes, IL. Candidates work on swim stroke development, long-range swims and physical conditioning. Candidates receive daily human performance coaching on mental resiliency, strength training form, running, swimming, calisthenics as well as proper rest, recovery and nutrition. Classroom instruction includes introductions to small boat operations, professional military education and risk management.
EOD Assessment and Selection Course
(four weeks)
- After prep, candidates will be challenged in a grueling training environment in which they are constantly assessed on their comfort in the water, physical fitness, academic ability, professionalism and peer rankings. Classroom instruction includes topics such as risk management, dive physics, diving medicine, small boat navigation and Navy maintenance. Daily physical training and assessments are centered around five advanced aquatic adaptability skills, ruck runs, distance swims and the human performance test. At the end of the course, candidates will participate in a formal selection board. Here, instructors will select the best qualified and most likely to successfully complete advanced training to graduate and proceed to diver training.
Diver Training
(seven weeks)

Next comes dive school at the Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center (NDSTC) in Panama City, FL. Training covers basic concepts of scuba diving as well as dive physics, physiology and basic dive medicine. Candidates also learn about equipment such as the MK16 underwater rebreather and MK25 underwater rebreather.
EOD School
(44 weeks) -
After successfully completing dive school, candidates transfer to Naval Explosive Ordnance Disposal School at Eglin Air Force Base in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This training comes in several sections, each section building upon the skills learned from previous areas of training. Candidates will train in demolition operations, rendering safe bombs, missiles, landmines, defusing Improvise Explosive Devices (IEDs), protecting and detecting against Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) weapons and mastering skills needed to defeat underwater ordnance such as sea mines and torpedoes.
Basic Parachute Training
(three weeks) -
After completing basic EOD school, graduates attend basic airborne training ("jump school") at Fort Benning, GA, where they qualify as a basic parachutist.
EOD Tactical Training
(four weeks) -
The final phase of training is in San Diego, CA. It teaches helicopter insertion (fast-rope, rappel, cast and special patrol insertion, and extraction rigging), small arms/weapons training, small unit tactics (weapons, self-defense, land navigation and patrolling) and tactical communications (satellite and high frequency).
Upon successful completion of the EOD training pipeline, graduates are assigned to EOD mobile units where they gain advanced on-the-job training and experience as members of EOD platoons.

Members of the Naval Special Operations community have any number of unique opportunities to advance their education. Navy training provides skills and knowledge in everything from the fundamentals of explosive ordnance disposal to chemical and biological warfare, military tactics, deep-sea diving, as well as other tactical military procedures.
Beyond offering access to professional credentials and certifications, Navy training in the NSW/NSO field can translate to credit hours toward a bachelor's or associate degree through the American Council on Education.

- Moves tractor to the loading dock and attach preloaded trailer as needed.
- Drives to and delivers customer orders according to predetermined route delivery schedule.
- Unloads products from the trailer, transports items into designated customer storage areas.
- Performs damage control checks on items, scans, and contact supervisor about removing orders according to company policy.
- Verifies delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures.
- Collects money (cash or checks) where required. Loads customer returns on to trailer and secures trailer doors.
- Ensures that tractor, trailer, and freight are appropriately locked and/or always secured.
- Unloads damaged goods and customer returns and bring to the driver check-in and complete necessary paperwork. Unloads all equipment, materials and remove trash from trailers as required.
- Completes daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
- Performs general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area and keep trailers clear and clean as required.
- At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.

Your Job:
Registered nurse renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients.
Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
Supports the mission, vision, values and strategic goals of Methodist Health System.
Your Job Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Basic Life Support Certification
• Current license to practice nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so
• Work experience: Six months RN experience
Your Job Responsibilities:

Assumes responsibility for the nursing components of the patient/family/significant
other educational process.

IV administration.

Utilizes the nursing process to ensure quality patient care is provided throughout the
episode of care.
