The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18-24 months. With Sherwin-Williams' promote-from-within philosophy, you will have the opportunity to progress into an Assistant Store Manager position upon successful completion of the initial 8-week training.

Primary Responsibilities:
Operating Room/Perioperative Care
- Serve as bedside first assist during robotic urologic oncology procedures (typically 6–7 days per month), performing duties such as, but not limited to, managing suction, retraction, and dynamic instrument manipulation through an assistant port.
- Participate in pre- and postoperative patient management, including rounding on inpatients with postoperative complications and coordinating discharges.
- Collaborate and train RN Navigator to conduct next-day recovery outreach for recently discharged surgical patients, addressing postoperative questions and concerns.
- Assist in streamlining the transition of postoperative care toward an outpatient-focused model to reduce inpatient rounding demands.
Outpatient / Clinic Responsibilities
- Conduct clinic sessions up to four days per week, evaluating general urology and postoperative patients.
- Participate in multidisciplinary tumor board meetings and other oncology-related hospital committees to ensure coordinated patient management.
- Serve as a liaison between surgical and office teams to ensure timely communication and continuity of care for Urologic Oncology patients.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with Dr. Cleary and associated providers to optimize scheduling and patient flow between the OR, clinic, and hospital.
- Participate in Urologic Oncology program development and quality-improvement efforts within the Bel Air region.

* Develops curriculums protocols and provides classes on nutrition-related topics as requested by the institution for outpatient and community settings. Participates in research activities.
* Documents relevant aspects of nutritional care for patients in the medical record. Prepares written documentation as required by the profession and the department.
* Educates patients on modified diets through individual discussions with the patient and family as requested by the health care team patient and/or family.
* Maintains department records care plans reports and files as required.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
* Provides high-quality medical nutrition therapy: reviews medical records of patients/residents for nutritional consults and of those with abnormal nutritional parameters. Provides appropriate recommendations.
* Represents the department on performance improvement teams and education committees. Participates in department performance improvement initiatives.
* Serves as an educational resource to the institution and the community. Provides technical and educational assistance on a regular basis to clients nursing medical personnel and ancillary staff. Minimal Qualifications
Education
* Bachelor's degree in Dietetics required or
* nutrition related field. required
Experience
* 3-4 years Related experience in a healthcare setting. required
Licenses and Certifications
* American Dietetic Assoc - ADA ADA (American Dietetic Association) registration. required and
* REG DIET - Dietitian - Registered License to practice as a Dietitian/Nutritionist in the State of Maryland. required and
* CDE - Certified Diabetes Educator Certification CDE (Certified Diabetes Educator) certification preferred
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
* Verbal and written communication skills.

ResponsibilitiesAs an Arborist Climber, you will play an important role in:
- Performing ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments, as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader
- Safely performing all aspects of arboriculture, including:
- Tree identification
- Tree risk assessments
- Pruning
- Removals
- Cabling and bracing
- Root collar excavations
- Properly maintaining and operating tools and equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts)
- Learning, understanding, and adhering to all safety rules and company safety policies
- A passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors
- At least one (1) year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift operation experience in the tree care industry
- Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred)
- Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
