GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Sales Associate acts as a point of contact for our customers. The duties of the Sales Associate include assisting customers in locating and purchasing merchandise, operating the cash register, stocking merchandise, recovering merchandise, cleaning the store, and performing other duties as assigned by the Store Manager to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets.
DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Provide excellent customer service, greet and assist customers.
* Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total customer's purchase, collect payment from customers and make change, bag merchandise, and assist customers with merchandise as necessary.
* Follow company merchandise processes; unpack, stock, restock, and rotate merchandise on shelves and build merchandise displays.
* Clean the store, take out trash, dust and mop store floors, clean restroom and receiving room, and help set up sidewalk displays.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
This position has designated lending authority and is responsible for reviewing Consumer loans for compliance.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Review Consumer loans via the Consumer LOS for quality assurance, adherence to compliance policies, regulatory polices (such as Fair Lending) underwriting, policies, and documentation requirements
- Review Consumer loans (including bank-wide employee loans) via the various Consumer loan platforms
- Perform credit analysis and investigations as outlined in bank policy and procedures
- Communicate loan decisions to customers in a timely manner

- Assist Supervisor(s) with testing loan system updates

Responsibilities

This position will comply with bank and investor guidelines with portfolio and investor mortgage loans, conducting required functions for special asset protection management.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Execute and submit secondary market investors, government agencies, and mortgage insurance delinquency and status reports to safeguard the company's interest
- Adhere to guidelines set by investors, guarantors, and regulatory entitles for accurate and timely reporting
- Manage audits conducted by third party companies such as TenA for quality control of FHA-HUD and USDA portfolios

Responsibilities
The major responsibility for an Insurance Claims Representative is assisting the department with manners regarding the company's credit insurance programs and claims.
Essential Responsibilities
- Process Life and Disability Insurance claims
- Process Life and Disability Insurance proceeds received from an internal or external insurance carrier
- Perform next day verification of Life and Disability payments to ensure they were keyed to the customer's account correctly
- Process Total Loss claims
- Verify GAP coverage after a Total Loss and file the GAP claim. Process GAP refunds/issue checks
- Process Total Loss proceeds issued by auto insurance companies Process collision/repair checks issued by auto insurance companies
- Perform next day verification of Total Loss and/or collision repair payments to ensure they were keyed to the customer's account correctly
- Process cancellations on Total Losses for back-end products (i.e. Dealer Warranties)
- Prepare and send Customer Balance Letters
- Coordinate and process loan payoff requests
- Process the necessary lien and/or title releases
- Handle account researches, credit disputes, and/or assist with customer complaints. Cut and issue checks to applicable parties
- Correspond to and provide necessary documentation to third party companies including customers, physician offices, auto insurance companies, GAP insurance carriers, and dealership representatives to ensure all available monies or refunds are requested and paid in a timely manner
- Add and remove insurance codes on accounts accordingly to reflect the current account/claim status
- Perform next day verification of the addition or removal of insurance codes
- Assist with collection efforts on delinquent accounts with pending/active insurance claims Effectively communicate and cooperate with other Bank departments and personnel regarding accounts with insurance claims
- Thoroughly document accounts detailing the action taken, information needed, and/or next steps Perform daily and monthly balancing and reconciliation of general ledger accounts
- Continuously cross train on other functions as needed or requested Assist the Direct Lending Manager with tasks, reports, or projects Assist the Direct Operations Supervisor with tasks, reports, or project.
- Perform multiple queue verifications within the Consumer Loan platform to ensure all loans with open/active insurance claims are worked in a timely and regulatory manner
- Assist with updating procedures as needed
- Assist with and absorb additional insurance claim related functions resulting from a merger/acquisition
- Provide quality service to coworkers, customers, third party vendors, insurance companies, etc.
- Other duties as assigned or directed
Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all training requirements in a timely manner
Ancillary Duties:
As an integral member of the Indirect/Direct Consumer Loan Departments, this position I s also responsible to provide assistance wherever necessary to help the Department and the Bank in achieving their annual goals.
Qualifications
Education, Training and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associates Degree in related field of study or two (2) years' experience in a related field preferred
- Valid driver's license

A Teller is responsible to create and deliver a positive customer experience while conducting financial transactions. Responsibilities
This position supports senior bank and department management to be compliant with bank investor guidelines with portfolio and investor mortgage loans, by conducting loss mitigation functions.
Essential Responsibilities:
Supports CRES management in conducting loss mitigation functions, in order to effectively assist borrows to maximize home retention, and protect bank and investor collateral and interests by, but not limited to:
- Working directly with distressed borrowers to assess their situations and discuss potential loss mitigations options
- Processing and administering loss mitigation plans once appropriate reviews and approvals are provided, which includes but not limited to: reinstatements, forbearances, repayment plans and modifications
Develops, maintains and administers policies and procedures established and guided by the bank, investor, and/or regulatory agencies, to remain in compliance
Collaborates with:
- All CRES staff to ensure borrowers are properly addressed regarding loss mitigation options, inquires, and assistance
- Other departments and branches to improve or develop effective practices, address needs, and expand on opportunities
- Investors as applicable for secondary market accounts
Supports CRES management in determining the best financial and integral course of action for default accounts or miscellaneous mortgage servicing requests
Performs all collection and servicing staff duties as needed
