As Sodexo Government Services continues to have the proud pleasure of supporting the Air Force, we are seeking an Executive Chef 2 to lead the culinary process at Dyess Air Force Base, near Abiline, TX; serving our dedicated airmen, families and base civilians. The Executive Chef 2 will be a key driver in leading a team of both, Subcontractor cooks and Airmen serving a wide variety of fresh and creative offers to our customers. This position will have oversite of an Air Force dining facility located on base. The position helps oversee a dining facility and a flight line kiosk operation while maintaining high standards and program integrity. This position reports directly to the General Manager at the unit. The dining facility runs 4 meals / day serving approximately 5500 meals per week.
What You'll Do:- manage the daily food production including production planning and controls;
- ensure Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality;
- manage food costing, controls and compliance;
- have high expectations for customer service and quality of food;
- have the ability and willingness to develop and train Airmen;

Our Pain Physician provides specialized medical care to patients experiencing acute or chronic pain, focusing on restoring function and improving quality of life through interventional procedures, rehabilitation, and medication management. The physician works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient clinical setting.
Pay: $400,000-$500,000/year or more.
Variable compensation plan with the ability to make more money based on production.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-6:00pm; 1 procedure day and 3 clinical days

RESPONSIBILITIES
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
Perform interventional procedures including, but not limited to, nerve blocks, epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency ablation (RFA), spinal cord stimulation, pain pump management, and lumbar decompression.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
Supervise and collaborate with mid-level providers across outpatient clinics and affiliated facilities.
Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests; coordinate referrals to specialists when appropriate.
Prescribe medications and monitor patient response to ensure safety and efficacy.
Educate patients on their diagnosis, treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and care expectations.
Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
Comply with clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and organizational policies.
Actively participate in team meetings, peer reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
Completion of an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine
MD or DO with an active, unrestricted Texas medical license
Strong clinical skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Preferred:
Board Certification in Pain Medicine
Clinical background in Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
Active DEA license and credentialing with major Texas payer networks and Medicare
Experience in interventional procedures and multimodal pain management
Willingness to manage patients with morphine milligram equivalents (MME) under 200
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to sit, stand, and perform procedures for prolonged periods
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with patient positioning as needed
Visual and manual dexterity are required for procedures and electronic documentation
Capacity to manage a fast-paced clinical environment with high patient volumes

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

Job Summary and QualificationsWhat you will do in this role:
- You will be responsible for coordinating the nursing care of assigned patients in the Unit in order to provide quality patient care.
- You will be responsible for knowledge and skill necessary to provide care based on physical, psychological, educational, safety and related criteria for the appropriate age populations.
- You will provide professional nursing care exercising independent judgment in utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate.

What qualifications you will need:

- Assesses patient pain regularly to promote effective pain management, including reassessments after appropriate intervention.
- Performs procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s). Documents the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
- Performs exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests. Strives to anticipate patient needs and resolve them proactively.
- Teaches patients/families/caregivers about patient medical condition, patient status, treatment plan, medications and possible side effects, and follow-up measures. Translates complex medical terminology to ensure complete understanding.
