Job Summary:
The Safety Coordinator is responsible for implementing, administering, maintaining and coordinating all IES safety policies and programs including safety training and inspections for the assigned project and others as needed. Conduct or direct activities aimed at identifying potential hazards and develop safety action plans to correct any non-compliance issues and work with operations and management for implementation. 7. Develop processes and plans to reduce or eliminate hazards and safety incidents. 8. Deliver safety new employee orientation (NEO), OSHA 10/30 hour and other safety training as needed &/or required by IES, Site/Customer, OSHA, state or local safety standards. 9. Deliver and coordinate safety training for management and field personnel in accident prevention techniques, compliance with IES safety policies, procedures and programs and federal and state standards. 10. As needed, prepare written reports and summaries to provide concise, meaningful information regarding safety audits, investigations and issues. 11. Conduct and coordinate root cause investigations on recordable incidents, near misses and vehicle incidents. 12. Utilize the root cause analysis to help operations identify and implement corrective actions to help prevent future reoccurrence of similar incidents. 13. Participate in and take the lead in any OSHA inspection process as defined in the IES Safety Manual Section 18 and effectively communicate with project stakeholders. 14. Prepare and maintain safety related records and reports. 15. Teach, counsel and mentor all stakeholders to uphold the IES Safety Culture.16. Coordinate Activities with and support site management. 17. Other responsibilities as assigned.

Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements:

Job Summary:
The VDC Specialist is responsible for the creation and documentation of models, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and other associated design and construction documents.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create, set-up, manage, and populate design and construction models as necessary to build working views, sheet views, and 3D views for export using Revit or other software.
- Run internal clash detection tests to assist project team with coordination process.
- Generate design and construction documentation for structured cabling projects during design, shop drawings, and as-builts phases of a project.
- Provide VDC/BIM quality assurance by reviewing project BIM standards, execution plans and design drawings for completeness and accuracy.
- Participate in project VDC coordination meetings: spatial coordination of disciplines, gathering all disciplines BIM models including civil and performing coordination tasks in Navisworks, BIM360 Glue and/or other coordination software.
- Manage 3D models for design and/or construction coordination and submission for approval by general contractor.
- Set-up electronic file and information exchanges utilizing various platforms, including Bluebeam Revu.
- Lead coordination and communication between VDC, design, and operations teams to resolve issues in the model, in the drawings, and in the field.
- Assist VDC and Operations teams in reviewing and resolving issues during construction and updating the model and drawings accordingly.
- Attend meetings and submit updates to management regarding project status and needs.
- Correspond regularly with project managers, general contractors and other subcontractors.
- Develop length and quantity take-offs utilizing various take-off software.
- Mentor VDC Operator I & II staff and other responsibilities as assigned.

A unit of the Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts (IAC), WCP teaches over 6,000 students a year in first-year composition, business/technical communication, research writing, and learning support. Current Brittain Fellows have recently received their Ph.D.s from more than 25 universities. The Writing and Communication Program (WCP) at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia invites applications for the Marion L. Brittain Postdoctoral Fellowship, starting August 1, 2026. How You'll Contribute:
A Media Sr Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction of a project throughout its entire lifecycle, from Initiation through Closing phases. However, the PM depends on the help of other people to perform most of the actual activities of the project. A project manager's role is primarily focused around written and verbal communication to all project stakeholders. POSITION SUMMARY
A Medical Technologist is responsible for conducting laboratory tests which provide information to physicians for the diagnosis, prevention or treatment of diseases in patients.
Essential Functions:

The Director of Community & Systems Engagement is a senior leadership position responsible for advancing regional
population health outcomes through coordinated systems change, policy alignment, and cross-sector collaboration. The
Director of Community & Systems Engagement plays a critical role in moving communities from fragmented efforts to coordinated action. By aligning data, partners, programs, policy, and messaging, this role helps ensure that regional strategies lead to meaningful, sustainable improvements in population health and equity. Reporting directly to the Deputy Executive Officer, the Director of Community & Systems Engagement leverages health assessments, data, and community-identified priorities to design and steward strategies that strengthen systems, improve equity, and address complex population health needs.
This role functions as a systems integrator and backbone leader, convening and guiding regional working groups, aligning partners around shared goals, and translating assessment findings into actionable strategies, policy recommendations, and sustainable system improvements. The Director also provides strategic leadership and supervision for communications, development, and regional health connector functions to ensure alignment between strategy, messaging, community engagement, and resource development. This Director of Community & Systems Engagement directly supervises the Communications & Development Manager and may supervise others as assigned.

Position Summary
The HR Coordinator - Benefits and Leave supports the organization by taking ownership of benefit‐related processes, including enrollments, terminations, deductions, ACA coding, COBRA notices, QLEs, FMLA/LOA benefit actions, invoice reconciliation, payroll‐impacting benefit changes, safety communication, workers' compensation reporting, and monthly OSHA hours reporting. This role ensures accuracy, compliance with benefit regulations, and timely communication with employees and vendors. Because this role supports time‐sensitive compliance requirements—including benefit carrier deadlines, payroll‐impacting benefit changes, FMLA/LOA timelines, and government agency reporting—working beyond normal business hours may occasionally be necessary. Overtime may be required during periods of high volume, regulatory deadlines, or operational needs, and will be compensated in accordance with wage and hour laws.
Benefits Administration
* Process new hire benefit enrollments across multiple platforms.
* Maintain benefit eligibility and census accuracy.

* Maintain Leave tracking documentation and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
* Coordinate with vendor/carriers and payroll on leave‐related changes.
Compliance & Reporting
* Complete monthly OSHA hours reporting
* Distribute safety communications and reminders.
* Prepare workers' compensation reporting, wage statements, and document uploads.
* Process ACA coding and ensure accuracy.
* Generate and file COBRA notices.
