JOB SUMMARY
The Technical Communications & Training Specialist is responsible for translating complex product functionality into clear, usable training, documentation, and communications for both internal and external audiences. This role ensures that teams and customers understand how our products work, how they are changing, and how to use them effectively.
This individual partners closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, and Marketing to deliver accurate, timely, and consistent product education and technical communications across the product portfolio. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can translate complex product functionality into clear, accessible training materials and experiences. They operate with consistency, quality, and empathy for learners with different roles and skill levels.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Internal Training & Enablement
• Design and deliver technical product training for internal teams, including onboarding, release readiness, and role-specific deep dives.
• Develop structured learning paths for Sales, Support, Customer Success, Implementation, Clinical, and other internal teams.
• Facilitate live training sessions (virtual or in-person) and create self-paced learning modules.
• Partner with Product Managers to understand upcoming releases and technical changes.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
• Own the creation, structure, and quality of product documentation, including:
o User guides
o Internal knowledge base articles
o Release notes / “What’s New” updates
o Quick-reference guides
o Video walkthroughs
• Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and updated with every release in partnership with Product Managers.
• Establish documentation standards, templates and governance processes.
External Training & Education
• Develop and deliver technical training for customers, partners, and other external audiences as needed.
• Create scalable external training assets such as technical guides, videos, FAQs, and onboarding documentation.
• Ensure external training content is accurate, technically sound, and tailored to audience needs.
Technical Product Communications
• Own internal technical communications related to product releases, enhancements, and changes (e.g., release notes, technical summaries, “What’s New” updates).
• Support external-facing technical communications in collaboration with Marketing and Customer Success.
• Ensure consistent technical terminology, messaging, and clarity across all training and documentation.
• Translate technical updates into clear explanations of functionality, impact, and usage.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
• Maintain a training and communications calendar aligned with product release schedules.
• Track training effectiveness, content usage, and feedback to continuously improve materials.
• Identify gaps in product understanding and proactively address them through training or documentation.
• Act as the voice of internal and external users, providing feedback to Product and Engineering on clarity and usability.
KNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS
Required:
- 4+ years' experience in training, enablement, instructional design, product documentation, or customer-facing product roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and technical details.
- Experience building structured content such as guides, decks, scripts, or e-learning materials.
- Confident in delivering live training sessions to groups of varying sizes.
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, payer, life sciences, or health-tech environments.
- Familiarity with product development processes and product releases.
- Experience using LMS systems, documentation platforms, or video creation tools.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum years of work experience: 4 years
- Minimum level of education or education/experience: Bachelor's Degree in Training & Development (Preferred)

Role Description
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will support the Vice President of Marketing & Communications with day-to-day marketing and communications activities. Responsibilities include:
- Manage social media channels, including helping to identify content needs, creating posts, and scheduling or posting content.

The Digital Communications Manager leads the development, execution, and optimization of Sika’s digital marketing and social media initiatives across the U.S. This role drives digital and social media strategy and performance analytics, maintains brand consistency across all digital channels and content, and supports both internal and external communications efforts. Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) KC-46 Tanker Program is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and inclusive First Line Communications and Navigations Engineering Manager to lead the Communications and Navigations Systems team from either Tukwila, WA or Everett, WA .
This is an exciting time in the program as we partner with our US Air Force customer for enhanced mission systems upgrades as well as new international customers to grow the business. In this role you will be responsible for the engineering management of an integrated communication suite and aircraft navigations subsystem of electronics hardware. Leadership responsibilities will include management of the engineering team responsible for all aspects of the avionics hardware, including the design/architecture, integration, lab/aircraft testing, airworthiness certification, new business proposals, and supplier technical management. In addition, you will be in charge of managing the financial labor and material budgets as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for the team.
The Boeing KC-46 "Pegasus" is the new US Air Force aerial refueling tanker aircraft designed to support multi-role missions including refueling, cargo/passenger transport, and medevac airlift. The KC-46 is a military commercial derivative aircraft based on the Boeing 767-2C aircraft and modified per US Air Force specifications for the primary mission of aerial refueling US and Allied aircraft. The KC-46 accomplishes this refueling mission using either the Hose & Drogue or the Boom systems, which are capable of transferring fuel at rates of 400 or 1,200 gallons per minute, respectively. The KC-46 is also equipped with a suite of tactical situational awareness systems and self-defensive systems that allow the aircraft to provide closer support to combat aircraft when performing missions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Adjunct Faculty instructors at Saint Xavier University are responsible for course planning and instruction in classroom, lab, and/or clinical settings. Courses may be conducted in various delivery modes, such as in-person, online, hybrid and/or blended formats, with a preference towards in-person instruction. In addition, adjunct faculty are responsible for student evaluation, departmental communication, and timely and accurate submission of required paperwork related to instruction.
Qualifications
* Instructors are needed for courses that are medically focused, especially neurogenic communication and voice disorders.
* Master's degree is required; a degree in Speech-Language Pathology is preferred. Other disciplines will be considered based
relevant background and alignment with course content.
* Previous teaching experience highly preferred; experience supervising students in higher education also valued.
* Clinical practice experience in relevant content areas preferred.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Enthusiasm toward serving a diverse student and client population.

Summary
The Senior Manager of Marketing will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s marketing strategy during its next growth phase. This leader will drive the next phase of BladderCARE growth while refining and executing the marketing strategy for the company’s laboratory services aimed at clinical laboratories and biopharma partners.
This position requires a strategic, hands-on and data driven marketer who can design and implement plans, build foundational marketing infrastructure, and work effectively across Sales, Clinical, and R&D. Although initially an individual contributor role, with some agency support, the ideal candidate has prior experience managing marketing teams and/or agencies and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, roll-up-the-sleeves startup environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns for LDTs and services to different target audiences including patients, providers, pharma, and other laboratories.
- Strategy & Execution: Own both strategic planning and day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives aligned with company priorities.
- Marketing Infrastructure & Operations: Build and maintain core marketing infrastructure, including: a) Performance dashboards and reporting systems, b) Defined KPIs and analytics framework, c) Regular review processes and continuous improvement cadence.
- Brand & Positioning: Refine and strengthen company and product positioning through VOC and data
- Brand & Positioning: Ensure consistent messaging across all channels, materials, and stakeholders.
- Product Marketing: Develop clear value propositions for Bladder CARE and laboratory services for each audience
- Product Marketing: Partner closely with Sales and Clinical teams to align messaging with market needs.

Education and Experience

- Oncology experience preferred. Experience with urologic oncology products or urologists ideal.
- Target audience experience mix of clinicians and patients.
- Demonstrated experience managing marketing teams and/or agencies, even if this role begins as an individual contributor.
- Strong copywriting skills.
Compensation
The estimated base compensation range for this position is $110,000-$135,000 annually at the time of posting. Actual compensation details will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.

This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining communication systems, leading job site efforts, and mentoring apprentices. Candidates should have at least four years of relevant experience and applicable industry certifications.
