Lean Manufacturing Supervisor | Third Shift (7:30 PM – 6:00 AM)

Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement

• Implement lean manufacturing initiatives to improve workflow and reduce waste.
• Identify and execute process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure material availability and minimize downtime.

• In this role, you’ll: Drive day-to-day production while keeping schedules on track.
• Lead and apply Lean Manufacturing practices that actually move the needle
• Ensure strong inventory control and operational discipline
• Champion quality, safety, teamwork, and accountability on the shop floor

Qualifications - Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement

Required:

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of inventory management and lean manufacturing.
• LSS/CI background - Green Belt preferred
• Ability to make informed decisions and adapt to changing priorities.
