Xometry is seeking a strategic and results-driven Partner Network Manager to lead our Partner Network initiatives. This role is akin to a supplier development position, focusing on cultivating and managing a high-performing network of partners. You will be instrumental in enhancing partner capabilities, driving performance, and ensuring alignment with our operational goals to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.
A typical day will consist of peeling back the lens to determine how to improve the quality of your Suppliers by both serving as an advocate and coach. You will become a trusted resource for your cohort with the end goal of improving customer outcomes by reducing manufacturing variability.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize partner performance by analyzing data to improve supplier performance by enforcing Xometry Manufacturing Standards.
- Identify performance / training gaps within your portfolio and develop strategies to improve partner outcomes.
- Create and implement partner certification programs to establish quality benchmarks and standards, akin to supplier quality assurance. Focused on building trusted partnerships and predictable outcomes (quality and OTS).
- Manage the Partner Outsourcing Group program, including eligibility identification, sufficient vetting to quality requirements, and promotion/demotion dependent on individual Partner Performance.
- Develop tailored training and coaching programs to elevate partner capabilities and performance, mirroring supplier development initiatives.
- Manage operational escalations and provide timely resolutions to ensure partner satisfaction.
- Lead initiatives to reduce partner churn and maintain a robust network.
- Serve as the ITAR conversion leader.
- Conduct on-site assessments to establish best practices and promote \"Xometry Certified\" partners.
- Maintain comprehensive training records and standardize partner training materials.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive partner acquisition strategies and campaigns.

KPIs and Measurements:
- On-time delivery (OTD) and quality metrics in line with industry standards.
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and rejection rates at or below target levels.
- Margin performance aligned with (QM) objectives.
- Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) metrics exceeding expectations.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
- 8+ years serving as a lead/leader in supply chain or manufacturing.
- Experience with manufacturing, machining, and the language and rhythms of the manufacturing environment is a strong plus (at least one role will specialize in transaction support for manufacturers).
- Proven ability to analyze data and implement strategic improvements to balance customer and supplier needs.
- Proven track record of identifying knowledge gaps and delivering training and mentorship to develop others is a plus.
- Top-class analytical skills understands the importance of data and acumen and converts insights into action.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $108,000 - $140,000 annually depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location. The Role – Health & Safety Manager
The Health & Safety Manager will take ownership of the company’s HSE strategy across Ireland and Europe, supporting multiple renewable energy construction projects including wind farms, solar developments, battery storage, grid infrastructure and data centres.
Working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, you will lead the development and implementation of best in class health and safety systems while ensuring full compliance with Irish and EU legislation. This is a senior leadership role focused on driving a strong safety culture across multiple sites, improving reporting frameworks and ensuring that all projects operate to the highest safety standards.
You will work closely with project managers, engineers and site teams across Europe, providing guidance on risk management, audits, incident investigations and regulatory compliance while supporting the continued expansion of the company’s renewable energy portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement the company’s HSE strategy across renewable energy projects in Ireland and Europe
- Ensure compliance with Irish and European health and safety legislation including Construction Regulations, PUWER, LOLER and associated directives
- Manage and maintain HSE management systems including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 across all project locations
- Carry out internal and external HSE audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively
- Provide guidance to project teams on RAMS, risk assessments, permit to work systems and safe work planning
- Drive a positive safety culture across project teams and subcontractors with a focus on behavioural safety
- Develop and maintain HSE performance reporting and KPIs across multiple European projects
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Deliver training and mentoring for site managers, engineers and supervisors on key safety topics
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, certification bodies and project stakeholders during inspections and audits
- Support environmental and sustainability initiatives including waste management and environmental risk controls
- Produce monthly and quarterly safety performance reports for senior management and project stakeholders
About You
- Chartered IOSH member CMIOSH or equivalent qualification such as NEBOSH Diploma or MSc in Occupational Health and Safety
- 8 to 10 years experience in health and safety within construction, utilities, power generation or renewable energy projects
- Strong background working on wind farms, solar farms, battery storage or grid infrastructure projects is highly desirable
- Experience managing health and safety across multiple sites and jurisdictions within the EU
- Proven experience implementing and managing ISO 45001 safety management systems
- Excellent knowledge of Irish and European health and safety legislation and compliance requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence teams at all levels
- Experience leading audits, incident investigations and safety improvement programmes
- Comfortable working across multiple sites with regular travel across Ireland and Europe

The Department of History at the University of California, Berkeley, invites applications for a pool of qualified temporary instructors to teach courses should an opening arise.
The Department of History is generating an applicant pool of qualified instructors to teach courses in all areas of History (Africa, Ancient Greece & Rome, Byzantine, Early Modern Europe, East Asia, North America, Jewish, Late Modern Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, Soviet Union, Medieval Europe, Middle East, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and other various needs), pending openings. Currently identified openings are in Africa, Europe and the Atlantic World 1650-1850, and the History of Science, Technology, and Medicine. This pool includes assignments to teach courses in the history of science, technology, and medicine, including courses that are offered together with Science, Technology, and Society (STS) and/or Data Science.
In addition to teaching responsibilities, general duties may include holding regular office hours, calculating grades, advising students, preparing course materials, managing GSIs, and attending appropriate meetings/orientations, etc.

As a German-speaking Institutional Sales Relationship Manager, you will be an important asset to Fisher Investments Europe's Institutional sales efforts. Your efforts will include providing strategic coverage of institutional prospective clients up to a specific size within a specific territory (e.g. institutional investors, including corporate and public pension plans, endowments, foundations, hospital organisations, nuclear decommissioning trusts, financial institutions, defined contribution service providers, and multi-employer plans). The Day-to-Day:
* Communicate with external partners and institutional team members to efficiently coordinate with Sales Relationship Managers and deploy the firm's business development resources and orchestrate the institutional sales process within an assigned territory
* Ensure accurate, regularly updated information about prospect personnel, decision-making processes, and search activity is recorded in the firm's proprietary systems
* Cold call, establish relationships, and conduct formal presentations to articulately convey the firm's investment philosophy and strategies to prospects and their investment consultants
* Lead market expansion efforts within our EU territories, providing prospects with an introduction to FII and ensuring regulatory adherence

Fisher Investment Europe's Global Marketing Group is the lead generation engine for the European Private Client Group, and the Marketing Data & Analytics Team plays a critical role in that process. In this position, you will help guide key decisions while assessing performance.
As a Marketing Data & Analytics Analyst, you will help maintain the flow of data through the department, provide timely analysis and reporting to all levels of Marketing stakeholders, and assist in ad hoc requests and long-term developments. Utilizing skills in SQL, Excel, VBA, PowerBI, and more, you will build reporting and hone your project management skills to support infrastructure improvements. The Day-to-Day:
