Salary and Benefits

• Net production compensation structure based on collections. Steady every 2 week draw with overage paid the following month. (performance based)

Ideal Candidate will be:

• Board Certified Ophthalmologist
• Fellowship Trained Glaucoma Surgeon
• Comfortable with a high-volume practice
• 2+ years of experience
• Comfortable with advance and new techniques

Other Information

• Exclusively glaucoma surgeries, very little if any cataract work
• Combination of invasive and less invasive procedures
• Join 2 scribes and a full-time surgical staff
• Work 8-hour shifts
• Monday Friday
• Very light call schedule
