Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney at Alpha Law Firm, PC located in Beverly Hills, CA. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, and handling legal documentation. They will also be involved in negotiating settlements, representing clients in court, and focusing on labor and employment law cases.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in civil procedure and ability to provide effective Legal Advice and conduct thorough Legal Research
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage cases efficiently
- Experience in litigation and/or negotiation is a plus
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active member of the California State Bar
