Job Description

CRM Solution Architect (Next Gen Hub Platform)

Location: Bridgewater, NJ/Raleigh, NC - Onsite

Role Summary

The End to End Solution Architect will own the overall solution integrity for a large, multi track Hub transformation program. This role ensures that business outcomes, operational workflows, data, integrations, and platform capabilities come together into a cohesive, scalable, and differentiated solution.

This is not a domain siloed architect role. The expectation is a customer first, outcome driven mindset with accountability across CRM, portals, data, integrations, and operational impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end to end solution architecture across Hub workflows, CRM, portals, data, analytics, and integrations

• Translate business and operational outcomes (e.g., time to therapy, productivity, scalability) into solution designs

• Act as the single architectural thread across platform, UX, data, and delivery teams

• Drive architectural trade offs and resolve cross track dependencies

• Ensure solutions optimize for operational leverage, not just technical correctness

• Partner closely with Product Owners, Ops stakeholders, and delivery leadership

• Govern solution consistency while enabling configuration driven flexibility

• Identify and mitigate architectural risks proactively

Required Experience & Skills

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise solution or platform architecture

• Strong experience with workflow centric and CRM led platforms

• Proven leadership on complex, multi system transformations

• Deep integration, data flow, and system of record design expertise

• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate in ambiguity

Required / Preferred Certifications

Required (at least one):

• TOGAF® Certification (Level 1 or Level 2)

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect (progress toward CTA acceptable)

Preferred:

• SAFe® Architect or SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC)

• Healthcare or Life Sciences–specific architecture certifications (where applicable)

Importance of this role

• Clear, consistent architectural direction across all tracks

• Reduced rework caused by architectural misalignment

• Faster decision making across teams

• Architecture that demonstrably enables operational efficiency and scale
