ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a Graphic & Packaging Designer to join our creative team within the Bath & Beauty division. This role is ideal for a motivated designer who is passionate about beauty, packaging, and consumer products, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work closely with the Art & Creative Directors, Project Managers, and fellow designers to create trend-forward packaging for bath, cosmetic, and beauty accessory products sold at major retailers.

• Conceptualize, design, and execute on-trend packaging for bath, cosmetic, and beauty accessory products
• Create digital mockups using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Apply strong visual design principles, including layout, typography, color, and hierarchy
• Prepare print-ready files and tech packs for production
• Build physical comps when needed
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Art Director, Project Managers, and Creative Team
• Follow established brand and client style guides while contributing fresh ideas
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Preform related duties as assigned.

COMPETENCIES

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop) on Mac
• Hands-on experience designing real retail packaging

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, graphic design or related field; or an Associate’s degree with 1-3 years of Industrial Design and/or Graphic Design.

Our South Shore CPG client is looking for multiple onsite Packaging Production Designers starting this week; you'll be working on mock ups for packaging and this role is onsite in Norwood, MA and next week and will go for 4-6 weeks.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Create innovative and attractive packaging designs that align with our customers’ brand identity and expectations.
• Develop and execute designs for various marketing collateral, including brochures, labels, logos, marketing materials and promotional materials.
• Collaborate across multiple departments, with a focus on the marketing, product development, and sales teams to understand design requirements.
• Generate design concepts, sketches, and mockups for review and feedback.
• Implement revisions to match sales or development requests.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design materials.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
• Understand and verify the accuracy of copy, regulated package elements, and basic compliance requirements.

Looking for:

• 2+ years in proofing, pre-flighting, preparing, and press checking files
• A portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative capabilities with recent packaging samples in the portfolio.
• Experience with 3D renderings, CAD and packaging software a plus!
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).

The Research Engineer II will support and lead semiconductor fabrication, advanced packaging, and heterogeneous integration activities within the IMS Cleanroom Facilities. This role involves hands-on process development, tool ownership, and research execution across TSV/TGV processing, electroplating, wafer thinning, planarization, CMP, and MEMS/sensor fabrication in a multi-user research environment.

Support heterogeneous integration research through materials selection, interconnect process development, and multi-layer device integration.

Develop and optimize process flows for TSV/TGV fabrication, copper electroplating and RDL formation, wafer thinning (grinding), planarization and CMP, advanced packaging integration, and MEMS/sensor fabrication.

Design and execute experimental studies, analyze process data, and establish stable, documented baselines to ensure reproducibility and reliability.

Serve as technical owner for fabrication and packaging tools (e.g., DRIE/ICP systems, electroplating systems, grinding and CMP tools, and thin-film deposition systems)

Train and support academic and industry users on cleanroom processes and equipment.

Troubleshoot process and equipment issues and coordinate maintenance and continuous improvement efforts.

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for ensuring that all packaging and consumable products purchased and distributed by Maadho meet company quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. This role will proactively identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues while implementing preventive systems to maintain product consistency and compliance.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in food-service packaging and consumables, with a deep understanding of manufacturing standards, materials, and quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Inspection Audits

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures for all incoming products and inventory.
• Inspect food-service packaging and consumable products (e.g., gloves, cups, containers, cutlery, paper goods, bags) to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Establish product quality benchmarks and specifications for suppliers.

Supplier Quality Management

• Work closely with domestic and international suppliers to communicate quality expectations.
• Review and approve supplier specifications, certifications, and compliance documentation.

• Conduct supplier performance evaluations and recommend improvements.

Issue Identification & Resolution

• 3–5+ years of quality control experience in food-service packaging and consumables.

• Min of 1 weekday shift (8 hours)
• Hourly Wage: $18.50
• Shift Differential: 10% for hours worked 6 pm to 10 pm. 15% for hours worked 10 pm to 6 am.

• Uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness standards within designated areas.

• Perform any duties necessary to support the team.
• Obtain information necessary to perform duties at pre-shift tailgate meetings and by meeting with outgoing employees.
• Vigilantly monitor equipment operation for indications of impending problems and possible operational improvements.
• Trained to operate a pallet jack. \"We will train you if you don't have experience operating pallet jacks\".
