Chief Operating Officer

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer to help lead and grow our operations.

In this role, you will support and guide our teams across dispatch, maintenance, safety, and recruiting. Your focus will be building strong systems, helping people succeed, and improving results across the company.

• Lead daily operations and support department leaders
• Build simple, effective systems and KPIs
• Recruit, develop, and coach strong team members
• Create a culture of trust, accountability, and teamwork
• Improve efficiency, costs, and overall performance

• Leadership experience in transportation or logistics
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead people, build trust, and communicate clearly
• Ownership mindset with focus on continuous improvement
