A Chambers-ranked insurance coverage practice is expanding its Atlanta team and seeking a senior associate to work on complex, high-exposure insurance coverage disputes.

The role itself offers the opportunity to work closely with one of the country’s most respected insurance coverage litigators and handle matters that regularly shape coverage law.

The Practice

This nationally recognized team represents major domestic and international insurers in sophisticated coverage disputes across the country.

Current matters include coverage issues arising from:

• Mass tort and MDL litigation

• PFAS / environmental liability claims

• Defective product disputes

• Catastrophic loss claims

• High-value property and casualty coverage litigation

These cases often involve complex policy interpretation, multi-party litigation, and significant financial exposure.

The Role

Senior associates play an active role in:

• Drafting coverage opinions and dispositive motions

• Analyzing complex policy language and coverage triggers

• Managing sophisticated coverage litigation

• Participating in depositions and litigation strategy

• Preparing matters for trial or arbitration

True litigation role, not a purely advisory coverage position.

Ideal Background

• 6 years insurance coverage litigation experience

• Georgia Bar admission

• Exceptional writing and analytical skills

• Experience handling complex coverage disputes

Helpful but not required:

• Deposition experience

• Background at insurance defense or coverage-focused firms

• Interest in building deep subject matter expertise in coverage law
