Job Location:
Vishay Thin Film is located in Niagara Falls, NY. The site has a lot of natural beauty to offer including the world-famous Niagara Falls which are just a short drive away!
What you will be doing:
- Direct supervision of Production Process and Personnel
- Administrative responsibilities for Production personnel, including timekeeping, progress review, and corrective counseling
- Monitor, evaluate and interpret data to ensure process integrity and specification compliance
- Monitor and control operation of Production Equipment
- Compile and enter production data records
- Train and develop production staff regarding policies, procedures, and related responsibilities
- Provide accurate and specific data and input to production support departments and personnel
- Meet with scheduling, engineering, and other support departments as needed
What you will bring along:
- B.S. degree or HS diploma with applicable job-related training and experience preferred
- Minimum 3-years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or related production area
- Strong technical background in related production equipment operations
- Safety and Hazardous Materials Awareness training preferred
Pay Range:
$75-80k annually

What you will be doing:
- Enforce short- and long-range strategic goals for the manufacturing operations by overseeing manufacturing processes, production control, production metrics, manufacturing throughput efficiencies, direct labor workforce, and capacity control
- Create production related plans, budgets, policies and procedures
- Maintain safety and regulatory compliance relating to the manufacturing process
- Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of manufacturing operations
- Attend meetings and set forth plans to achieve cost savings objectives, headcount planning, and etc.
- Select appropriate Supervisors to ensure smooth production and work with them to optimize company profitability, provide training as necessary
What you will bring along:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline required
- 10-15 years of experience in production/operations environment with significant manufacturing experience
- Ability to manage 150+ hourly/salaried employees and achieve throughput of divisional sales goals
- Familiarity with AS9100/ISO9001 and industry specifications such as MIL Standard and/or IPC
- Detail oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of personal ownership and a team attitude
- Must be able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident in accordance with ITAR Policy
Pay Range:
$100-120k annually

Job Location/Details:
Vishay Tansitor is located in Bennington, VT. As a Manufacturing Manager, you oversee the production of goods from raw materials to finished products. You are responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the manufacturing processes to ensure that products are made efficiently and meet company standards. Your job involves managing the workforce, setting production goals, and monitoring the quality of the products being produced. You work closely with other departments, such as engineering, sales, and logistics, to ensure that all aspects of the manufacturing process are aligned.
Pay is $100-$115k.
What you will be doing:
- Oversee day-to-day operations in the manufacturing plant
- Create and implement production schedules to meet customer demands
- Monitor and improve production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
- Manage multiple product line supervisors and motivate a team of production workers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production and logistics
- Communicate regularly with upper management to report on production progress and issues
- Continuously seek ways to optimize manufacturing processes and increase profitability.
What you will bring along:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or Associate’s degree with relative experience
- 10 years’ experience in similar role
- Lean Manufacturing & Project Management background
