The 777X program is transitioning to full rate production and is focused on improving the design of wing components to enhance producibility.
As a Structural & Payload Design Engineer, you will develop, integrate, and document structural and interior payload system requirements to establish system design. You will create and modify structural and interior payload system and component designs using 3-D Computer Aided Design tools and other design methods, providing product definition to engineering groups, production operations, suppliers, and external customers throughout the product lifecycle. What You Will Do
Receive job assignments, piece quantity, and special instructions from the supervisor.
Read standard operating procedures and operating sheets.
Clean, wipe, and sand parts as necessary.
Set torque wrenches and assemble brakes and their components.
Test brakes, rework brakes with leaks, and replace lee plugs as needed.
Stamp information on tags or pads and notify the supervisor of stock needs or machine problems.
Record transactions and quality data; report machine or process issues to the supervisor.
Check parts against the pick list and set up riveters as required.
Torque all applications as required.
Retrieve parts from the warehouse and store/retrieve brake components, maintaining current inventory records.
Prepare brakes and brake components for shipment, including packaging, counting, weighing, labeling, and completing paperwork.
Move materials between workstations and cells using hand trucks, hoists, or robot assistance.
Set aside discrepant parts.
Clean and maintain work areas, machines, auxiliary equipment, and common areas to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment.
Check and maintain operating levels of fluids and required machine materials.
Mask and plug parts as needed and touch up paint as required.
Attend training classes and cell meetings, and perform miscellaneous operations as assigned in support of Brake Assembly.
You will be required to perform mathematical calculations requiring addition, subtraction, multiplication or division and pass a pre-employment qualification test.
You will be required to perform substantial reaching and moving while standing, twisting; stooping; and be response to sounds associated to the work environment.

In this role, you will take ownership of preliminary mechanical drawing packages from Engineering/Development and integrate them across multiple equipment configurations while maintaining equipment standardization and company drafting standards.

Drafting tasks include creating 3D models and associated drawings, as well as revising existing models and drawings, in accordance with company drafting standards.
Typical deliverables include detail, sheet metal, weldment, and assembly drawings.
Design mounting systems and layouts for mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components, ensuring proper serviceability, usability, and integration within the overall system.

How You’ll Make An Impact As our Diesel/heavy Equipment Mechanic, you will perform skilled maintenance and repair of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and related components across a variety of heavy-duty vehicles and equipment.

Machinists will be responsible for the safe and proper use of general equipment, tooling, fixturing, hand-measuring and special precision measurement tools daily. The machinist will be required to work closely, respectfully and professionally with their Subject Matter Experts, Leads, Peers, Cell Level Teams from all disciplines of the Machine Shop. The machinist will be responsible for comprehending the Instructions for Continuous Airworthiness, understanding and performing efficient set-ups and repairs on components are successfully compliant, completed while operating in a safe, clean, organized environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Log into each job in workflow, assist in the set-up and running of jobs as an identified trainee to include identifying programs that match paperwork, assisting measuring component, assisting double checking each step prior to running component.
- Ensure inspection of tools are within proper calibration at all times of use, including but not limited to: micrometers, gage blocks, bore gauges.
- Ensure proper paperwork is compliant and verified (Serial Number, Part Number, Correct Operation, Correct repair information) to include documentation of maintenance (ICA's), rework travelers, blank travelers.
- Maintain basic equipment and work area on a daily basis in a clean and orderly condition.
- Maintain personal PPE and follow overall Safety requirements.
- Perform daily tool control review/sign offs of tools/toolboxes, cleaning and organizing duties.

Role Overview:

Clinical Responsibilities
The clinical component (60%) focuses on direct patient care and comprehensive health management. Responsibilities of this component include, but are not limited to:

What you will be doing:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate daily injection mold shop operations, including new mold builds, repairs, preventive maintenance, and modifications.

Summary/Objective
This position requires a highly motivated individual with extensive experience working in a Tool Room environment. The role demands strong knowledge of manual machining techniques (turning, grinding, milling) as well as CNC machines with MDI and Fanuc controls, including the ability to write programs when required. Candidates must demonstrate a solid background in fixture and gage building, at least 5 years of fixture design/repair experience, and the ability to contribute constructive input during fixture/tooling design reviews. Proficiency in reading blueprints and GD&T is essential.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Under limited supervision, fabricate, repair, and improve tools, jigs, fixtures, simple molds, gauges, and dies to the tolerances required for manufacturing processes.
- Work from engineering drawings, sketches, prototypes, and design documents to manufacture dies, fixtures, jigs, and tooling, applying knowledge of materials, machining methods, assembly processes, and mathematics.
- Maintain tooling, fixtures, materials, and CNC programs in an organized and systematic manner to ensure proper process execution.
