Your Role:

• Responsible to ensure compliance with Regulatory, Corporate and Local Quality requirements and for providing Quality oversight of Vantive US and Canada warehousing and distribution operations, including internal warehouse site QA activities, internal renal fleet drivers, external warehousing partners (i.e., 3PL providers, wholesalers, freight forwarders and consolidation/ deconsolidation centers), and external transportation providers.

• Oversight of distribution/warehouse-related external suppliers.

• Act as a key partner with US and Canada Vantive Operations (including Supply Chain, Logistics and Fulfillment) to manage Quality requirements and oversight of all 3PL activities.

• Responsible for compliance with FDA and Health Canada requirements, ISO standards and Vantive QMSby applying rigorous quality standards, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

What you'll be doing:

• Responsible for the implementation of Distribution QA activities to ensure compliance to FDA and Health Canada requirements. This includes activities related to issue management (product dispositions, deviations, complaint investigations, holds), site QA management (pest control, temperature monitoring, returns, validation) and internal/supplier/3PL QA management (warehouses, internal private fleet, transportation carriers, suppliers impacting fulfillment).

• Participate in discussions and on projects and cross-functional teams as required.

• Support distribution and warehousing-associated external suppliers which includes audit support, supplier corrective action requests, quality/distribution agreements, new supplier requests, supplier notifications of change and change controls.

• Work closely with UCAN planning and fulfillment organizations to meet business goals and objectives.

• Facilitate and assist in GMP, ISO, US state distribution/pharmacy licensing and other internal/external audits and investigations pertaining to Vantive and/or 3PL facilities, where applicable.

What you'll bring:

• Able to manage multiple projects and/or responsibilities simultaneously  

• Support in meeting and exceeding quality key performance indicators (KPIs)        

• Solid understanding of FDA Regulations, Health Canada requirements and Application of Good Distribution Practices·        

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and other data collection/analysis programs (e.g. Minitab)

• Excellent interpersonal/communication/presentation/negotiation skills

• Must have basic English written and oral communication skills adequate to connect with other team members

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree required (preferably in science, engineering or equivalent field)

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality, or related field in the medical products/pharmaceutical industry

• Experience preferred for the following: distribution and warehousing in US and Canada, Quality Management Systems, FDA and Health Canada regulations, supplier quality

Your Role:

The Metrology / Calibration Technician is responsible for managing all aspects of the calibration program at the Twin Cities Sites.  This includes helping other associates with gauging needs and requests.  Also maintaining the calibration records, documentation, and local work instructions to ensure compliance to Vantive and industry standards.  This position also includes the calibration of equipment.

What you'll be doing:

• Apply measurement science to manage calibration of measurement and test equipment in various areas: electrical, dimensional, optical, physical, mechanical, environmental, etc., based on analysis of measurement considerations, desired metrological characteristics and applicable authoritative standards.

• Collaborate with R&D Engineers and Quality to establish calibration specifications.

• Represent the calibration program perspective for measurement and process.

• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external calibration provider to plan and schedule onsite and offsite calibrations.

• Responsible for ensuring the use of approved suppliers, obtaining quotes, and creating PO’s as necessary.

• Calibration of Metrology equipment.

• Coordinate calibration scheduling, equipment implementation to meet established schedules.

• Maintain and update the calibration management system with current equipment status, location, and ensuring equipment is in a state of control.

• Check out calibrated equipment to end users.

• Perform technical approval of supplier calibration certificates, reviewing data and confirming approved ranges are calibrated, and accuracy met, before returning to service.

• Initiate and track deviation reports for instrument changes and out of tolerance conditions.

• Assist with investigations as needed.

• Develop and maintain local Twin Cities sites calibration procedures.

• Participate as calibration SME in audits, providing process support and documentation. Responsible for routine data collection, metrological reliability analysis, and metrics reporting.

• Provide remote support to Global Metrology. Perform review of calibration work, supplier certificates, or validation documents.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelors or Associates Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent with 6+ years’ experience in a calibration related field.

• Knowledge of essential Metrology principles.

• Practicing knowledge of measurement science or equipment validation.

• Experience in an FDA regulated environment.

• Strong knowledge of measurement science and Metrology systems.

• Familiarity with Calibration Software Databases.

• Experience in FDA regulated environment.

• Working knowledge of Metrology-related standards (ISO/IEC 17025, ANSI/NCSL Z540.3, etc.) and industry standards (CFR, ISO 13485).

Your Role:
The Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for supporting and sustaining Medical Device Quality Technology and Engineering activities related to design control and post-market product support for therapeutics products. 

What you'll be doing:

• Prepare and manage the internal audit schedule for Vantive Twin Cities

• Assist in performing internal audits for the Medical Device R&D organizations as well as Drug Product R&D organizations

• Prepare internal communications related to the audit including final reports.

• Perform and host internal audits in conjunction with the Quality Manager

• Ensure site compliance with local and global Quality Management System Procedures.

• Perform quality-related functions for post market activities such as Nonconformance Investigation and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) Management.

• Consult with site personnel as QMS Subject Matter Expert to advise on QMS requirements.

• Assist in preparing and hosting external audits with regulatory authorities.

• Review and approve design inputs, outputs, verifications, validations, and design transfers in accordance with QMS requirements.

• Assist in decision making for process and product improvement efforts.

• Write, review, analyze and revise Local QMS documentation.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field and 3+ years of relevant experience in the medical device industry or similarly regulated industry. Or substitute 7 years of relevant experience in the medical device industry or similarly regulated industry.

• Minimum 2 years of experience performing internal or external audit activities.

• Demonstrate understanding in the areas of Quality Engineering and worldwide Quality System standards and regulations.

• Ability to work under deadlines and changing priorities with minimal supervision.

 Lead the End-to-End Supply Chain advanced analytics and network optimization team to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and resilience. What you'll bring

• Master’s in engineering, Business, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field or equivalent experience

• 7+ of experience in Supply Chain, healthcare services and/or specialty pharmacy service

• 5+ years of experience working on large-scale or multi-faceted projects.

• In-depth understanding of Analytical and Network Modeling tools

• Lean/six sigma training and certification preferred.

• Good understanding of data management, analytics and visualization tools and their applications such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI.

Your role at Vantive

The Service Specialist (CDL Delivery Driver) is responsible for safely operating an 18 to 24-foot commercial vehicle while delivering dialysis products to a diverse home patient base, as well as, kidney dialysis centers. Home patient visits consist of delivering dialysis solution, rotation of stock, and order accuracy assurance with occasional order pick-ups and returns.

Schedule: 4 day work week (5am-3pm/6am-4pm); 1-2 overnight per week (hotel and meal per diem provided) and weekends off.

The Service Specialist (CDL Delivery Driver) is responsible for safely operating an 18 to 24-foot commercial vehicle while delivering dialysis products to a diverse home patient base, as well as, kidney dialysis centers. Your role at Vantive

The Service Specialist (CDL Delivery Driver) is responsible for safely operating an 18 to 24-foot commercial vehicle while delivering dialysis products to a diverse home patient base, as well as, kidney dialysis centers. Home patient visits consist of delivering dialysis solution, rotation of stock, and order accuracy assurance with occasional order pick-ups and returns.

Schedule: 4 day work week (5am-3pm/6am-4pm); 1-2 overnight per week (hotel and meal per diem provided) and weekends off.

The Maintenance Technician (MT) is responsible for:

• Performs maintenance on automated production machinery to reduce equipment downtime and meet production schedules.

Your Role:
In this role, you will support inventory planning across the US DC network ensuring appropriate inventory targets and service levels are met by item-DC to support the customer demand in the region. You will support network product availability through data analysis using existing and created tools. You will work cross-functionally with Deployment, Transportation, 3PL, production and marketing ensuring operational excellence by providing contributions optimizing inventory allocations while ensuring processes outcomes are aligned with organizational and industry standards. • Analytical support of the deployment program recognizing carrier and lane opportunities to ensure optimal execution plan.

• Inventory planning parameter optimization driving item-DC level inventory in the network resulting in inventory cost savings

• Provide critical thinking and process execution support in network efficiency projects, product conversions, new product launches, replenishment efficiencies, new DC set ups, cost improvement initiatives and other identified projects.

• Report forecast anomalies at branch-level based on usage.

• Drive compliance to weekly late firm orders through reporting and cross-functional follow-up to close out open POs.

• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly report requirements are met and published in a timely manner.

• Analyze network item- DC inventory balance supporting planning and commercial with recommendations and execution.

• Identify DDS and aged orders costs based on quality and business requirements with Transportation and Logistics teams

• Support short- and long-term supply constraint initiatives

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Strong analytical and business problem solving skills

• Applies practical problem-solving and decision-making to deliver real-time solutions to problems.

• Demonstrated ability to interact with and function as a liaison with key stakeholders.

• Strong understanding in supply chain planning logic, tools and inventory planning terminology

• Capability to analyze large amounts of data to optimize processes and identify solutions.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, execute daily tasks on a timely basis, and project management skills.

• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Word)

• Experience with inventory planning tools and reporting.

• Ability to operate in complex, fast paced environment with interdependence spanning multiple work streams, teams, and functions.

• Resourceful, able to find creative solutions to challenges.

• Critical decision-making skills that affect customer needs and service.
