PRE-LIT PERSONAL INJURY PARALEGAL – PA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Our client, a busy personal injury law firm in Jenkintown, PA has an immediate need for an experienced Pre-Lit Paralegal. Candidates should have at least 1+ years of pre-litigation personal injury litigation experience. Must be able to hit the ground running -- responsibilities include handling intake, speaking with insurance companies, clients, and doctors, gathering medical records, preparing exhibit binders, and handling settlement documents. Requirements
- 1+ years of Personal Injury Litigation experience
- Handle intake, calendaring deadlines, scheduling depositions
- Preparing exhibit binders
- Mailing out forms and documents as needed
- Assist paralegals with drafting, organizing and preparing documents for trial
