What is my role?
As an Order Coordinator, you will be responsible for the timely, accurate, and compliant execution of order management activities to ensure that customer requirements are met.
What Youβll Do
- Keep Account Managers and/or Sales Reps advised of all issues pertaining to their accountsβ sales orders
- Manage open order profile daily; update as required.
- Enter item numbers in Customerβs website, if applicable.
- Process all new/re-orders within 24 hours of receipt in Unity
- Review cost sheet/worksheets for accuracy. If incomplete or inaccurate return to Acct Manager/Sales Rep for correction
- Confirm entry of blanks info and contractor assignments in Unity.
- Create sales order and cut ticket in AS400
- Issue packing instructions for all orders
- Pick and pack orders and supply contractors with pack slips & ship labels.
- Submit routing request info prior to routing window requirements to Traffic Dept.
- Confirm Routing completed within routing window
- Update systems for order status and/or revisions
- Advise Production & Purchasing Department of Sales Order changes affecting Production progress
- EDI duties include: item translations, editing incoming POβs for accuracy, posting (if applicable)
- Work with Account Manager/Sales Rep to get correct data when EDI discrepancies occur (if applicable)
- Maintain count sheets/balance sheets (if applicable)
- Ensure ALL orders are shipped on time
- Maintain strong knowledge of each accountsβ Vendor Compliance Manual
- Research and follow up on each accountβs charge backs
- Other duties may be assigned in accordance with company needs
What Youβll Need
- Minimum 1-2 yearsβ experience in processing sales orders, and working with various levels of management
- Minimum 1 year experience In EDI processing
- Familiar with domestic production processes
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
- Experience in apparel industry preferred

This is a full-time Contract and Grants (C&G)-based faculty position to support ongoing federally sponsored research in a long-standing and agile R&D lab. We are seeking an Assistant In Embedded Training Researcher/Software Engineer with expertise in advanced algorithms and software development, computer visualization, and immersive training technologies to support the design, development, and implementation of next-generation embedded, visual, and intelligent research training systems. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team conducting applied research in simulation-based training, modeling, and opportunity-based training systems.
Key Responsibilities
Research, design, develop, and implement software to enhance training in real-world and 3D environments. Develop high-fidelity visual simulation and application prototypes.
Research and develop frameworks for embedded hardware and software for advanced embedded training systems.
Work with interdisciplinary teams including engineers, cognitive scientists, and domain experts to define research objectives, design experiments, and analyze results.
Create prototypes and capabilities demonstrators to showcase IST's expertise aligned with trends and opportunities.
Design and execute hands-on demonstrations and exhibits at strategic events.
Perform embedded hardware and software research and contribute to peer-reviewed publications.
Minimum Qualifications:
A master's degree from an accredited institution in a field related to computer science or computer engineering and two years of related professional experience, or a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a field related to computer science or computer engineering and five years of related professional experience.
Strong applicants will have experience in at least three of the following areas:
- Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality concepts and development experience
- Artificial Intelligence use

About the Clinician's WorkdayThe diagnostic radiologist will provide comprehensive imaging interpretation services Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Daily responsibilities include reading MRI studies excluding prostate imaging, musculoskeletal imaging for both body and neurological cases, PET CT scans, and mammography studies. The clinician will manage an average daily case load of 60+ studies including approximately 15 mammography screenings. Board certification in diagnostic radiology is required for this position with no call responsibilities.
